If your monitor uses a screw size other than M4 x 10mm, DO NOT use the M4 x 10mm

screws or knob provided as they could result in damage to the monitor.

When mounted properly, Ergotron ARMS™ will

T he dimensioned drawings and formulas

contained in this guide c an be used to determine

the ergonomically correct mounting height of

any of Ergotron's Flat Panel Monitor/Keyboard

solutions mounted to e ither a ve rtical or

a horizontal surface. If mounting above a

worksurface, mounting heights may change due

to various worksurface heights.

T he Anthropometric Table on pa ge 17 shows how

mounting heights are calculated base d o n the eye

and e lbow heights of male a nd female operators.
