ofheaterjunctionboxundertabletoreset.

1.Fillwatercompartmentwithhotwater(minimum185˚F)sowateris

⁄4˝abovebottomoffoodpans.

2.Setdialtohighestpositionfor45minuteswithwellcoveredtopreheatunit.Placefoodpanwithprecookedfood(minimum150˚)

intospillagepans,andcoverfoodpanswithlids.Note:Indicatorlightisthesetpointforeachcontrolknob.

3.Adjusttodesiredsettingforproperfoodtemperature.Thiswillvarywiththetypeoffood,typeofpansandindividualserving

temperature.NSFrequiresaminimumtemperatureof150˚Finfoodproduct.

4.Toincreasetemperatureturnknobtowardhighestsetting,todecreaseturnknobtowardlowestsetting.

5.Changewater,cleanwellandwipedryafterevery24hoursofoperation.Watermayhavetobeaddedtopanduringoperation

dependingonoperatingtimeandtemperaturesetting.

6.Foodpansmustbecoveredtomaintaintemperaturewhenfoodisnotbeingservedandtopreventfoodfromdryingout.

7.Checkwaterlevelfrequentlyandaddhotwaterasnecessary.
