Install the casters before installing equipment into the rack enclosure. For

safety reasons, it is highly recommended to complete the caster installation

between two or more people.

WARNING

Install Heavy-Duty Casters and Leveling feet

Remove the original casters and leveling feet, if installed, from the rack. Using the

included hardware, as shown below, install the heavy-duty casters. M6 flange nuts

screw to riveted screws on the base of the rack. Then install the 3" leveling feet as

shown below.

Install Stabilization Brackets

To reduce the risk of injury and damage to the equipment, install the 3” stabilization

brackets to the front and rear frame. The brackets can be installed inside or outside of

the enclosure for multiple applications as shown below.

Install on Pallet for Shipping

To ship a rack with heavy-duty casters installed, it is necessary to use the stabilization

brackets for safety. Load the rack on to a suitable pallet and install the stabilization

brackets on the outside of the front and rear frame as shown below.

NOTE: Always raise the leveling feet when moving the rack and lower them after positioning the rack

in it's final location on the shipping pallet.

CAUTION Do not ship the enclosure with any equipment installed.
