INSTALLING THE INTERFACE:
1. The installation is made behind the headunit (not the display).
2. Remove the headunit to gain access to the Quadlock connector.
3. Remove the factory connector from the headunit.
4. Make the T-Harness connections behind the factory headunit .
5. Set the DIP Switches. See settings below.
6. Connect the Green wire for a non permanent VIM option. The White wire can be used to power
an accessory such as a DVD player. Test the system before re-installing the factory headunit.
DIP SWITCH SETTINGS:
1. To enable the non-permanent deo- -motion feature, set DIP switch 1 . Use a toggle vi in to “ON”
switch (not included) and connect the Green wire to +12V constant to enable VIM.
2. Switches 5 and 6 are defaulted to “ON”, test the video -motion feature before placing the radio in
back into the dash. If there is no display on the screen please set switches “5” and “6” to “OFF”.
