• Ensure that any appliance/s connected to thesurge protector are rated for use with thecorrect mains supply

voltage (230 V, 50 Hz).

• Make sure that theelectrical socket that theproduct is plugged into is easily accessible in case it and

theconnected product need to be quickly disconnected from themains electricity.

Operation

Note:

Thesurge protector is designed to suppress overvoltages in adomestic electrical system. Thesurgesuppression

feature will not protect against very close or direct lightning strikes.

1. First check that theappliance to be connected to thesurge protector is turnedoff.

2. Plug theappliance into thesocket of thesurge protector.

3. Then plug thesurge protector into awall socket.
