Please read theentire instruction manual before using theproduct and then save it for

Safety
• Incorrect handling of this product could result in personal injury.
• Theproduct should always be disconnected from
themains when it is not in use, when it is to be assembled/
disassembled and when it is to be cleaned.
• Theproduct may be used by children of 8 years and above and
by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capability
or lack of experience and knowledge provided they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of theproduct
in asafe way and understand thehazards involved.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
• Keep theproduct and its mains lead out of reach of children
under theage of 8.
• Switch theproduct off and disconnect it from themains before
changing any accessories or handling any of themovingparts.
• Never let children play with theproduct.
• Ensure that theproduct is used with thecorrect voltage.

• Make sure that all parts are correctly assembled and that
theproduct is switched off before it is connected to thepower
supply.
• Themains lead should be checked regularly. Neveruse
theproduct if themains lead or plug is damaged. Themains
lead must be changed if damaged. Thisis to prevent therisk
of electric shock or fire and should only be carried out by
themanufacturer, qualified service facility or qualified technician.
• The product is only intended for normal domestic use and only
in the manner described in this instruction manual and in similar
environments such as in canteens, offices, hotels and hostels.

Instructions for use
Important
• Wash thewhisks and dough hooks before using them for thefirsttime. Theyare
dishwashersafe.
• Never whisk for longer than 5 minutes at atime.
• Theholes for thedough hooks have different sizes so thehooks only fit on oneway.
1. Make sure theproduct is unplugged from thewall socket and thespeed selector is
set to .0
2. Insert thewhisks/dough hooks into theholes on themotorunit. Theyare properly
inserted when aclick sound isheard.
3. Plug themains lead into awall socket.
4. Lower thewhisks into thefood which is to be whisked before switching thehand
mixeron.
5. Choose anappropriate speed – using thespeed selector (6). Youcan use 1 5
theturbo button (5) on any speed setting to increase thespeed somewhat.
6. Set thespeed selector to when you have finished mixing.0
7. Unplug themains lead from thewall socket.
8. Press therelease button (3) to remove thewhisks/doughhooks.
Care and maintenance
• Always unplug theproduct from thewall socket before cleaning.
• Wash thewhisks and dough hooks afteruse. Theyare dishwashersafe.
• Themotor unit must not be immersed in water – clean it by wiping with adampcloth.
• Store thehand mixer in adry, dust-free environment out of children’s reach
whenever it is not to be used for alongtime.
