5.Insert metal tip on gray ridge pole intometal

grommet located at front of tent. (Fig. 2)

6. Insert one end offront and centerblackpoles

into pins in front cornerand side of tent.

7. Gotoopposite end of each poleandgradually

apply pressure to the poles forming arches.

Insert the pin into the pole end atthe front

corner and sideof tent. (Fig. 3)

8.Go to back of tent andgradually applypressure on

the gray ridge pole forming an arch; then insert metal

tip of pole into metal grommet om webstrap at

back of tent. (Fig. 3)

9. Stretch corners and sides of tent until floor is

taut then hammer stakes through loops tosecure.

Beforeyou begin

Read allinstructions beforeset up.

• Select a level campsite clear of rocks, branches, and other hard

or sharp objects, to install your tent.

WARNING: Keepclear ofoverhead powerlines.

•Donot set up your tent under trees.

•Forbest results in windy conditions, position end of tent into

the wind.

•Enlistthe help of at least one other personto assist you when

it is time to assemble the tent.

To Set Up Tent

1. Unfold tent and spread out on a clean,level surface

with the doorfacing the desired direction.

2.Assemble the interlocking shock-corded poles (two

black main tent poles and the gray ridgepole).

3.Insert both, long, black poles through sleeves in

topfront and centerlocations on tent asshown.

4.Insert the gray ridge pole through sleeve ontop

of tent that runsfrom front to back. (Fig. 1)

To Attach Rainfly

1. Assemble long, thin, blackinterlocking shock-corded frontawning pole.

2. Unfold rainfly. Locate thesleeve, along front edge, and the hook &loop fasteners on the underside of rainfly.

3. Drape rainfly over tent. Make sure thesleeve is centered over the door andthehook & loop fasteners, on the underside of therain-

fly, are positioned overthe black mainpoles andgray pole. (Fig. 4)

4. Slide front awning pole throughsleeve at frontof the rainfly. (Fig.4)

5. Insert one end offront awning poleintopin in frontcornerof tent. (Fig. 5A)

6. Go to opposite end of front awningpole andgradually apply pressure until pole forms anarch. Insertthe pin into

the pole end at the front corner oftent (Fig. 5 &5B). Drive stakes throughstraps on vestibule flap. (Fig.5C)
