USING THE LIGHT

Use the COAST Quick-Cycle

™

Switch to

toggle between medium, high and low

brightness settings by partially depressing

the Power Button. Completely depress the

Power Button to turn on the HP3R in the

desired setting.

The HP3R is equipped with a sturdy Pocket

Clip for secure storage, and a Food-Grade

Silicone Bite Cap for hands-free use.

ADJUSTING THE BEAM

Designed with a Focusing Beam System

and Twist Focus

™

technology, the HP3R

can be continuously adjusted between

an Max View

™

Flood Beam and a Long

Distance

™

Spot Beam. To pinpoint the

beam on a precise area, rotate the bezel

clockwise. To expand the beam and

maximize the lighting area, rotate the

bezel counterclockwise.

POWERING THE LIGHT

To access the Battery Compartment,

unscrew the tail cap and remove it from

the body of the flashlight. Designed with

COAST Dual Power technology, the HP3R

can be powered with a COAST Zithion-X

®

Rechargeable Battery (included) or two

COAST Extreme Performance AAA Alkaline

Batteries (included).

CHARGING THE LIGHT

To charge the Zithion-X

®

, twist the tail

cap counterclockwise and expose the

Pro-Tek Charging Port. Plug the USB-C

Y-Split Charging Cable (included) into

the Charging Port. Then plug the cable

into an available power source.

ACCESSING BATTERY COMPARTMENT

At first, unscrewing the tail cap will

expose the Pro-Tek Charging Port.

Continue unscrewing the tail cap

until it can be removed from the

body of the flashlight.

BATTERY LIFE INDICATORS

Monitor charging progress with the Battery

Life Indicator Light. While the battery life

indicator light is red, the battery is actively

charging. When the light turns green, the

battery is fully charged and ready for use.

The Zithion-X

®

battery is additionally

equipped with a built-in Battery Life

Indicator, indicating the status of your

batteries charge level.

CAUTION:

Never submerge the HP3R in any liquid.

Light may feel warm in high mode under

normal operating conditions.

Do not use aftermarket rechargeable

batteries to power your HP3R.

Do not ingest Silicone Bite Cap.
