5. CARE & MAINTENANCE

1. Release pressure and safely empty any remaining chemical.

2. Clean your sprayer and all components thoroughly using xylene.

3. Let your sprayer drip dry.

4. RELEASING PRESSURE

Loosen the locking nut and rotate the Tri-Lock top the left to release the pressure.

3. LOCKING MECHANISM

To Lock-On, Push down on shut-off

handle and move locking mechanism

away from you.

To release, squeeze handle and move

locking mechanism back towards you.

WARNING: Improper use or failure to follow instructions can result in explosive failure causing serious

eye or other injury.For safe use of this product you must read and follow all instructions. Do not leave a

pressurized sprayer in the hot sun. Heat can cause pressure build-up resulting in possible explosion.

Do not store or leave solution in tank after use. Always wear goggles, gloves, long sleeve shirt, long pants

and full foot protection when spraying. Never use any tool to remove pump if there is pressure in sprayer.

Never stand with face or body over top of tank when pumping or loosening pump to prevent ejecting pump

assembly and/or solution from striking and injuring you. Never pressurize sprayer by any means other than

the original pump. Do not attempt to modify this sprayer. Replace parts only with manufacturer’s original

parts. Never spray flammable, caustic, acidic, chlorine, bleach or other corrosive solutions or heat,

pressure, or gas producing chemicals. Always read and follow chemical manufacturer’s instructions

before use with this sprayer as some chemicals may be hazardous when used with this sprayer.

TOOLS NEEDED:

Phillips head screw driver OR

Allen wrench (4mm Hex)

INDUSTRIAL CONCRETE SPRAYERS

1.Loosen the locking nut completely.

2.Rotate the Tri-Lock top to the left, until the tabs are in the open slot.

3.Remove the pump and hang it on the Ring with the hang tab, as shown.

4.Fill the tank with your chemical.

5.Insert the pump with the Tri-Lock tabs sliding into each slot on the top.

6.Rotate the Tri-Lock top to the right until it stops. Each tab should be in

the lock position as shown. (If your Tri-Lock top won’t slide into the

lock position, you need to loosen the locking nut further)

7.Tighten the locking nut until tightly locked and sealed in place.

8.Release the handle and pump until you feel resistance.

Note on the handle / tabs / lock nut:

Please note: the pump shaft has 2 tabs below the handle that lock into the locking nut.

This can make it easier to loosen/tighten the locking nut.

To unlock the pump handle:

- Push down slightly on the handle and rotate to the left until the tabs pop out.

- The pump handle will slide up/down and rotate independently.

To lock the pump handle:

- Slide the tabs into the locking nut, push down on the handle and rotate to the right

until they lock in.
