Before using the product, make sure to read the ""GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION"

and be sure to use the product correctly.

Thank you for purchasing a studio conversion kit <MS-21D>.

The studio conversion kit <MS-21D> supplies all the accessories necessary to convert

cameras mounted with digital drive unit loading lens into “rear view” TV cameras that can

be mounted on a tripod.

3 Mountingand Connecting

[Attaching focusing accessories]

1.Inserttheguidepinorxingscrewoftheexiblefocusmodule<FM-12> into the

guideholeorxingscrewhole.Makecertainthegearonthefocusringofthelens

bodyengagestheoneontheexiblefocusmodule.

2. Loosen the two fastening knobs of the clamper <CR-10> and mount the clamper

on the pan handle, then tighten the knobs.

3. Engage the rose joint of the flexible focus controller <FFC-200>and that of the

clamper, and then tighen them with the mounting knob of the clamper.

4. Finally, make certain the focus ring on the lens body rotates by rotating the grip of

theexiblefocuscontroller.

NOTE

1. Before attaching the flexible focus module to the lens, remove the zoom

lever. Be sure to keep it so as not to lose it.

2. Before performing the remote manual focus operation, be sure to set the

focus operation change-over knob to "MANU." position. If the remote manual

focus operation is forcibly performed in "SERVO" position, the lens may be

damaged.

[Attaching zooming accessories]

1. Loosen the two fastening knobs of the clamper and mount the clamper on the pan

handle, then tighen the knobs.

2. Engage the rose joint of the zoom demand and that of the clamper, and then tighen

them with the mounting knob of the clamper.

3. Connect the cable (20-pin) of the zoom demand to the connector (8-pin) of the lens

body via the conversion cable (CC-0820).
