MOJI LANTE RN

Battery Life: Your battery life will vary depending on:

Brand and freshness of batteries

Length of time the lantern has been off

Temperature

Settings used

IMPORTANT: Follow all instructions carefully. Any

modifications of this product will void the warranty.

Misuse of the lantern may cause the user harm.

BATTERIES (Illustrations 1, 2, 3, and 4)

The Moji requires three AAA bat teries. Alkaline,

lithium or rechargeable batteries can be used.

Do not mix old and new bat teries or different

battery types

Dispose of used batteries properly

Remove batteries during storage and transport

OPERATION

Install batteries as shown (Illustrations 1, 2, 3, and 4)

Power On/Off: Single click (Illustration 5)

Brightness Level Setting: Hold the switch down

while powered. The Moji lantern will begin to dim.

Release the switch when desired level is reached

(Illustrations 6 and 7).

The Moji lanter n will remember the select ed

brightness level for 12 hours

CONDITIONS OF USE

The Moji is waterproof rated to IPX 4 (this does not

include salt spray or high-alkalinity fluids). See CARE AND

CLEANING for instructions on how to dry your lantern.

Do not expose to temperatures above 60 °C (140 °F)

Battery power and life will be diminished at very

cold temperatures

CARE AND CLEANING

Ensure that your lantern is clean and dry before and

after each use and before storage. DO NOT STORE A

WET LANTERN. Remove the batteries and allow the

housing to air dr y thoroughly.

Do not artificially heat your lantern to dry it

If your lantern has been exposed to salt water,

it must be rinsed with fr esh water, dried and

re-assembled to prevent corrosion

Use a mild soap and freshwater rinse to clean

Do not clean with a washing machine, dishwasher

or high-pressure hose

Do not scrub with abrasive substances or surfaces

If the battery contacts are corroded, remove the

corrosion by sanding lightly with a fine-grain

emery cloth

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the lantern does not work:

Check that the batteries are oriented correctly and

touching the contacts

Replace the batteries

Check the contacts and connections for corrosion

and clean if necessary

Work the switch several times

LIMITED WARRANTY

We warrant for one year from purchase date and only

to the original retail buyer (Buyer) that our products

(Products) are free from defects in material and

workmanship. For lanterns our warranty is for three years.

If Buyer discovers a covered defect, Buyer should return

the Product to the place of purchase. In the event that this

is not possible, return the Product to us at the address

provided. The Product will be repaired or replaced at our

discretion. That is the extent of our liability under this

Warranty and, upon expiration of the applicable warranty

period, all such liability shall terminate. We reserve the

right to require proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions:

We do not warranty Products against normal wear and

tear (such as ski edge cuts and abrasions, outsole wear,

etc.), unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper

use, improper maintenance, accident, misuse, negligence,

damage, or if the Product is used for a purpose for which

it was not designed. This Warranty gives you specific

rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from

state to state. Except for expressly stated in this Warranty,

we shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or

other types of damages arising out of, or resulting from

the use of Product. This Warranty is in lieu of all other

warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited

to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a

Un usage incorrect de la lampe frontale peut s’avérer

nocif pour l’utilisateur.

PILES (Illustrations 1, 2, 3, et 4)

La lanterne Moji fonctionne avec trois piles AAA.

Vous pouvez utiliser des piles alcalines, au lithium, ou

rechargeables.

Ne pas mélanger piles neuves et piles usagées ou

différents types de piles.

Jeter les piles usagées dans un conteneur approprié.

Ôter les piles pendant les périodes de stockage et

de transport.

FONCTIONNEMENT

Insérer les piles comme indiqué (Illustrations 1,

2, 3, et 4)

Régl age de l’intensité : Maintenir l’interrupteur

L’intensité lumineuse de la lanterne Moji diminue

progressivement. Relâcher l’interrupteur dès le

niveau d’intensité souhaité est atteint (Illustrations

6 et 7).

La lanterne Moji mémorise l’intensité sélectionnée

pendant 12 heures.

CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION

La Moji est conforme à la norme d’étanchéité IPX 4

(ceci exclut les aspersions de sel ou de fluides à forte

alcalinité). Voir ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE pour

savoir comment sécher votre lanterne.

Ne pas exposer à des températures supérieures

à 60°C.

Par températures très basses, la capacité et la durée

de vie des piles diminuent.

ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE

Assurez-vous que votre lanterne est propre et sèche

avant et après chaque utilisation et avant chaque

périod e de stoc kage. NE PAS STOCKE R UNE

LANTERNE HUMIDE. Ôter les piles et laisser sécher

complètement le boîtier à l’air libre.

Ne pas chauffer votre lanterne par des moyens

artificiels pour la sécher.

Si votre lanterne a été exposée à l’eau de mer, vous

devez la rincer à l’eau claire et la laisser sécher

comme indiqué pour empêcher la corrosion.

Pour nettoyer, utiliser un savon doux puis rincer à

l’eau claire.

Ne pas nettoyer au moyen d’un lave-linge, d’un

lave-vaisselle ou d’un jet haute pression

Ne pas gratter avec des substances ou des surfaces

abrasives.

Si les contacts des piles sont corrodés, ôter les

traces de corrosion en ponçant légèrement avec

une toile émeri à grains fins.

EN CAS DE DYSFONCTIONNEMENT

Si la lanterne ne fonctionne pas :

Vérifier si les piles sont correctement insérées et si

elles touchent les contacts.

Remplacer les piles

Repérer toute trace de corrosion sur les contacts et

les connexions et nettoyer si besoin.

Tester l’interrupteur à plusieurs reprises.

l’adresse indiquée. Ce Produit sera réparé ou échangé

gratuitement. L’étendue de notre responsabilité se

Batterielebensdauer: Die Batterielebensdauer hängt

Helligkeitseinstellung: Halten Sie die Taste im

eingeschalteten Zustand gedrückt . Die Moji-

Laterne wird gedimmt. Lassen Sie den Schalter

los, wenn die gewünschte Helligkeit erreicht ist

(Abbildungen 6 und 7).

Die Moji-Laterne speichert die zuletzt ausgewählte

Helligkeitsstufe für eine Dauer von 12 Stunden.

EINSATZBEDINGUNGEN

Die Moji ist wasserdicht gemäss IPX 4. Dies gilt

nicht für salzhaltiges Wasser oder stark alkalische

Flüssigkeiten. Anleitungen zum Trocknen Ihrer Laterne

finden Sie unter .PFLEGE UND REINIGUNG

Setzen Sie die Laterne keinen Temperaturen über 60

°C aus.

Batterieleistung und Batterielebensdauer werden

durch kalte Temperaturen herabgesetzt.

PFLEGE UND REINIGUNG

Stellen Sie vor der Auf bewahrung sicher, dass die

Laterne sauber und trocken ist. BEWAHREN SIE

Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen keine Scheuermittel.

Im Falle von korrodierten Kontakten reinigen Sie

diese mit einem feinkörnigen Schmirgelpapier.

FEHLERBEHEBUNG

Wenn die Laterne nicht funktioniert:

Ste llen Sie sicher, das s die Bat te rien richtig

eingelegt sind und die Kontakte berühren.

Tauschen Sie die Batterien aus.

Überprüfen Sie die Kontakte auf Korrosion und

säubern Sie sie gegebenenfalls.

Betätigen Sie mehrmals den Schalter.

La Moji necessita di tre pile AAA. Posson o essere

utilizzate sia batterie alcaline che al litio o ricaricabili.

Non mischiare batterie vecchie e nuove o batterie

di diverso tipo

Disporre correttamente delle batterie usate

Togliere le batterie durante il trasporto e nei periodi

di inutilizzo

OPERATIVITA’

Inserire le batterie come mostrato (Figure 1, 2, 3,

e 4)

Per azionare la modalità On/Off: Un singolo click

( Figura 5).

La Moji iniziera’ a diminuire l’intensità. Rilasciare

l’interrut tore quando si raggiunge il liv ello di

selezionato per 12 ore.

CONDIZIONI D’USO

La Moji é impermeabile secondo i parametri dello

standard IPX 4 (Questo non include spray salati o

fluidi altamente alcalini). Vai al paragrafo CURA E

PULIZIA per le istruzioni su come asciugare la tua

lampada.

compressore.

Non pulire con sostanze o superfici abrasive.

Se i contatti della batteria sono corrosi, rimuovere i

segni di corrosione passando un panno smerigliato

a grana fine.

Ajuste del nivel de intensidad: Mantén apretado el

bo tón al encender. La linterna Moji comenzará a

atenuar su luz. Suelta el botón cuando se alcance el

nivel de intensidad deseado (Ilustraciones 6 y 7).

La linterna Moji recordará durante 12 horas el nivel

de intensidad seleccionado.

CONDICIONES DE USO

La l in t er n a Moj i tie n e un a cat al oga ció n de

estanqueidad IPX4 (esto no incluye rociones de

agua salada o de fluidos de elevada alcalinidad). Ver

CUIDADOS Y LIMPIEZA para saber cómo secar tu

linterna.

No la expongas a temperaturas superiores a 60 °C.

A temperaturas muy bajas la carga de las pilas y su

duración se verán disminuidas.

CUIDADOS Y LIMPIEZA

Asegúrate de que la linterna esté limpia y seca antes

y después de cada uso, así como antes de guardarla.

NO GUARDES UNA LINTERNA HÚMEDA. Ex trae

las pilas y deja que la linterna se seque al aire por

completo.

No calientes artificialmente la linterna para secarla.

Si tu linterna ha estado expuesta a agua salada,

debes aclararla con agua dulce y luego secarla antes

de volver a montarla, para prevenir corrosiones.

Para limpiarla, usa un deter gente suave y agua

limpia.

No la metas en la lavadora, el lavaplatos ni la

limpies con una manguera de agua a presión.

No la frotes con sustancias o superficies abrasivas.

Si los contactos de las pilas presentan corrosión,

elimínala lijándolos suavemente con un papel de

lija fino.

RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS

Si la linterna no funciona:

Comprueba que las pilas es tén corre ct amente

orientadas y que hagan buen contacto.

Cambia las pilas.

Compr ueba que los contactos y conexiones no

presenten corrosión y límpialos si fuera necesario.

ADVERTENCIAS

Un adulto responsable debe supervisar su uso por

niños menores de 12 años.

Antes de usarla, inspecciona siempre tu linterna y,

en situaciones críticas, lleva una segunda linterna y

suficientes pilas de repuesto.

GARANTÍA LIMITADA

Garantizamos por un año desde la fecha de compra y

sólo al comprador original (Comprador) que nuestros

productos (Productos) están libres de defectos tanto

de material como de montaje. Para las linternas nuestra

garantía es de tres años. Si el Comprador descubre

un defecto cubierto por la garantía, el Comprador

debe devolver el producto al lugar donde lo compró.

Si eso no fuera posible, que nos devuelva el Producto

a nosotros a la dirección indicada. El Producto será

reparado o sustituido a nuestro criterio. Este es el

alcance de nuestra responsabilidad bajo esta garantía

y, cuando expire el periodo de garantía aplicable, se

extinguirá dicha responsabilidad. Nos reservamos

el derecho de requerir justif icante de compra para

cualquier reclamación relativa a la garantía.

Exclusiones de la garantía:

Nuestra garantía no cubre el desgast e y arañazos

cantos de los esquís, desgaste de las suelas, etc.),

modific aciones o alt eraciones no autorizadas,

uso impropio, man tenimiento impropio, mal uso,

negligencia, daños o si el Producto se usa para un

propósito para el que no fue diseñado. Esta garantía

te otorga derechos legales específicos y puedes tener

también otros derechos que varían según el estado.

Salvo en los casos expresamente mencion ados en

es ta garantía, no seremos responsables por daños

directos, indirectos, accidentales o de otro tipo que

resulten del uso del Producto. Esta garantía reemplaza

a todas las demás garantías, expresas o implícitas,

incluidas, pero no limitadas a, garantías implícitas de

cualidad de ser comercializado o ser apto para una

finalidad determinada (algunos estados no permiten

la exclusión o limit ación de daños o accident ales

o sobrevenidos, o permiten limitacion es sobre la

duración de una garantía implícita, de manera que

es posible que las exclusiones arriba indicadas no se

apliquen en tu caso).
