Setting Up

SettinguptheCE600/CE602DVIKVMExtendersystemissimplyamatterof

plugginginthecables.Makesurethatalltheequipmenttobeconnectedupispowered

off.Refertotheinstallationdiagramanddothefollowing:

1.PlugtheappropriateconnectorsontheDVIKVMcablesuppliedwiththisunitinto

theirportsonthefrontoftheLocalUnit(CE600L/CE602L).

2.PlugtheconnectorsontheotherendoftheDVIKVMcableintotheappropriate

portsonthelocalcomputer.Eachconnectorismarkedwithanappropriateiconto

indicatewhichitis.

Note: IfyouarecombiningtheCE600/CE602withaKVMswitch,theotherendof

theDVIKVMcableplugsintotheappropriateportsontheKVMswitch.

3.Forcontrolofserialdevices,connecttheRS-232serialportonthelocalunittoa

serialportonthelocalcomputer.

4.PlugeitherendoftheCat5ecableintotheCE600L/CE602L'sSub/Mainports.

PlugtheotherendoftheCat5ecableintotheSub/MainportsoftheRemoteUnit

(CE600R/CE602R).

Note: ForDVIDualLinkorHDCP-supportedinstallations(CE602only),bothCat5e

便利にお使いいただけるように、CE600/CE602はシステムラックにマウントする

ことができます。製品をラックマウントする場合は、下記の手順に従って作業を行っ

てください。

1.ラックマウントキットに同梱されているネジを使って、マウント用ブラケットを製

品の天面または底面にネジ止めしてください。

2.マウント用ブラケットをラック支柱の適当な場所にネジ止めしてください。

Conﬁgurazione

Impostare il sistema d’espansione CE600/CE602 DVI KVM consiste semplicemente

nel collegare i cavi. Assicurarsi che tutte le attrezzature che si desidera connettere

siano spente. Fare riferimento all’illustrazione seguente per l’installazione:

1. Inserire i connettori appropriati del cavo DVI KVM fornito con questa unità nelle

porte nella sezione del KVM sul lato anteriore dell’unità locale (CE600L/CE602L).

2. Inserire i connettori all’altra estremità del cavo DVI KVM nelle relative porte del

computer locale. Ogni connettore è contrassegnato da un’icona appropriata che lo

3. Per controllare dispositivi in serie, collegare la porta seriale RS-232 dell’unità locale

a una porta seriale sul computer locale.

4. Inserire un’estremità del cavo Cat.5 nella porta secondaria o principale del CE600L/

CE602L. Inserire l’altra estremità del cavo Cat 5e nella porta secondaria o principale

dell’unità remota (CE600R/CE602R).

Nota: Per installazioni DVI dual link (solo CE602), sono necessari entrambi i cavi

Cat 5e. Per installazioni DVI single link, è necessario un unico cavo (da

principale a principale). HDCP, RS-232 e il microfono necessitano di un

secondo cavo Cat 5e. La lunghezza dei due cavi Cat 5e deve essere la

stessa.

5. Inserire uno degli alimentatori (in dotazione) in una presa di corrente CA, quindi

inserire il cavo dell’alimentatore nella presa d’alimentazione del CE600L/CE602L.

6. Inserire i cavi dei dispositivi della console remota (mouse, tastiera, monitor,

altoparlanti, microfono) nelle rispettive porte sul lato della console del CE600R/

CE602R.

7. Inserire il secondo alimentatore (in dotazione) in una presa di corrente CA, quindi

inserire il cavo dell’alimentatore nella presa d’alimentazione del CE600R/CE602R.

1. 將包裝內所提供DVI KVM 線材的連接頭連接至近端裝置的前板。每一連接頭均有清楚的圖示

以為標識。

2. 再將DVI KVM 線材的另外一端連接至近端電腦所對應的連接埠. 每一連接頭均有清楚的圖示

以為標識。

注意: 若與多電腦切換器搭配，則連接至多電腦切換器的對應連接埠

3. 使用序列裝置時，將近端控制端的序列連接埠連接至近端電腦的的RS-232序列連接埠。

4. 將Cat 5e 線材的任一端連接至 CE600L / CE602L的Sub / Main 連接埠.再將Cat 5e線材的另一

端連接至遠端裝置的Sub / Main 連接埠(CE600R / CE602R).

注意: 安裝CE602時, 需連接兩條Cat 5e 線材. 安裝CE600時, 只需一條Cat 5e 線材 (Main to

Main) . 而使用HDCP, RS-232 及麥克風時則會需要用到第2條Cat 5e 線材. 此二條Cat 5e

線材長度必須為相同的。

5. 將電源變壓器(包裝內所提供的)插至AC電源;再將轉接器的電源線插至CE600L/CE602L的電源

插孔

6. 將遠端控制端裝置(滑鼠,鍵盤,螢幕,喇叭,麥克風)的連接線材連接至CE600R/CE602R遠端控制

端的對應連接埠。

7. 將第二個電源變壓器(包裝內所提供的)插至AC電源;再將轉接器的電源線插至CE600R/CE602R

的電源插孔。



CE600/CE602DVIKVMエクステンダーのセットアップに必要になる作業は、ケ

1.製品に同梱されたDVIKVMケーブルのコネクターを、ローカルユニット(CE600L

/CE602L)のフロントパネルにある対応ポートにそれぞれ接続してください。

2.DVIKVMケーブルの反対側にあるコネクターを、ローカルコンピューターの対応

ポートにそれぞれ接続してください。各コネクターには接続デバイスを表すアイコ

ンがついています。

注意:CE600/CE602をKVMスイッチと併用する場合は、DVIKVMケーブルの

コネクターをKVMスイッチの対応ポートに接続してください。

3.シリアルデバイスを操作する場合は、ローカルユニットのRS-232シリアルポート

とローカルコンピューターのシリアルポートを接続してください。

4.カテゴリ5eケーブルの片方のコネクターをCE600L/CE602Lのサブ/メインポ

ートに接続してください。このケーブルの反対側のコネクターをリモートユニット

(CE600R/CE602R)のサブ/メインポートに接続してください。

注意:DVIデュアルリンクまたは対応の機器をお使いの場合は(CE602のみ)、カ

テゴリ5eケーブルを2本お使いください。シングルリンクDVIの機器の場合

は、1本のみ(メインからメインへ接続)必要です。HDCP、RS-232およびマ

イク用には2本目のカテゴリ5eケーブルが必要です。カテゴリ5eケーブルは

2本とも同じ長さのものを使用してください。

5.1つ目の電源アダプター(製品同梱)をAC電源に接続し、ケーブル部分をCE600L/

CE602Lの電源ジャックに接続してください。

6.リモートコンソールとして使用するデバイス(マウス、キーボード、モニター、ス

EQスイッチを使ってイコライザーの強さを調節し、画像のちらつきや点滅を改善し

てください。

値の範囲は0〜7です。
