Thermal Compound

The thermal compound is already pre-applied to the heatsink. If the cooler has to be installed a second time, we highly recommend using the ARCTIC MX-3 or the ARCTIC MX-4. Only our compound guarantees optimal

performance in combination with the surface of our heatsinks.

*Be aware that the thermal adhesive comes with a very short shelf life and shall be used within 1 week upon receipt.

Installation of Accelero XTREME Plus

Do not fasten the screws completely in

one step. Fasten each screw alternately

(screw A -> D -> B -> C) with 1 to 2

clockwise rotations. Repeat until all 4

screws are tightened.
