Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. This utility is for IPv4 only.
NOTES:
• In firmware version v1.4.x and higher, it is not supported to assign IP addresses to Network Management
Cards using the Wizard.
• You cannot search for assigned devices already on the network using an IP range unless you enable
SNMPv1 and set the Community Name to “public”. For more information on SNMPv1, see the U r Guise de.
• When the NMC IP address settings are configured, to access the NMC Web UI in a browser, you must update
the URL from http to https.
The Wiza is available as a free download from e APC website at : rd th www. c.comap

Go to https://www.apc.com/shop/us/en/tools/software-firmware and click Show More from the list of
checkboxes in Filter by > Software / Firmware.

Select Wizards and Configurators to view the list of utilities available for download.

Click the Download button to download the Device IP Configuration Wizard.

Battery pack related alarms are no supported in EcoStruxure IT or Data Center Expert.- w ™
The UPSLoadShedBatteryCapacityEnable key in the configuration file (config.ini) now works as expected.
You can configure the UPS Rated Output Voltage via a config.ini file upload ( RatedOutputVoltage key).
The upsAdvBatteryCurrent -1 SNMP OID reports when the battery current is not supported.
When the UPS is switched to Standby mode, the “The UPS temperature is high” alarm is no longer reported.

Fixed Issue
The Low Battery shutdown alarm is displayed in the Command Line Interface (CLI) when the UPS has shut down
due to this event.

Known Issue
While performing the bypass operation via NMC interfaces PowerChute Network Shutdown , ensure "Signal
Clients" is not enabled. If enabled, the UPS will go into shutdown instead of bypass.mode
The text "License Activated" and the alarm "UPS Low battery condition exists" are only available in English in the
Web UI.
The VAC for Bypass U V Bpper oltage and ypass L Vower oltage are incorrectly displayed in the CLI.
Note: The Web UI correctly displays the VAC of Bypass Upper Voltage as 242 and Bypass Lower Voltage as
161.
When the putUPSToSleepGracefully(3) value is set for the upsAdvControlUpsSleep SNMP OID, it
returns a "Bad Value" error.
