GET STARTED
• Press the middle control button for 2
seconds to turn the headphones on and
in pairing mode.
• Open the Bluetooth® list on your phone
and select adidas FWD-01.
• Go to your favourite audio app and
press play.
Get the app to adidas Headphones
activate more features and complete
the setup.
1. TWIST FIT SYSTEM
The silicone ear wings and ear tips
come in 4 different sizes that can be
combined for perfect t.
ܟ To change the size, rst remove the
ear tip and then the ear wing by gently
pulling them from the headphones.
ܟ Attach the new ear wing by stretching
it into place and then fasten the new
ear tip.
2. CONTROL BUTTONS
ܟ Press middle button for 2 seconds to
turn on or off
ܟ Press middle button for 4 seconds for
Bluetooth pairing
ܟ Press upper or lower button to
change volume
ܟ Press middle button to play or
pause audio
ܟ Double or triple press middle button for
previous or next track
3. CUSTOMISABLE ACTION BUTTON
Tailor your actions in the
adidas Headphones app.
