Application:

P110:

• For standard 110/220V power plugs

• Cable diameter: 12 mm (0,5")

• Inner diameter: 42 mm (3,5")

P550:

• For standard power plugs up to approx. 550V

• Cable diameter: 25 mm (1")

• Inner diameter: 74 mm (7")

1. Remove the plug from the socket.

Open the plug lockout device and

insert the plug inside with the

cable in the cable opening.

2. Close the plug lockout device.

3. Insert at least one padlock into one

of the holes provided and lock it.

4. Check whether the plug is securely

locked by pulling on the cable.

5. If the plug can be pulled out through

the side opening of the cable, the

selected lock device is not suitable

for the plug. In this case, please use

the smaller size (see above).

Please note that the P110 and P550 plug lockout device may also be suitable for other plug types such as compressed air plugs or hose connections.

It is important in this case that the plug or connection cannot be pulled through the side opening of the device. It should remain securely locked

in the lock device.
