1.
Anwendung:
Drehen Sie die Schraubkappe ab und
entnehmen Sie den Sicherungseinsatz
(Schmelzsicherung).

a) D0-Sicherungs-Verriegelung D01+D02
b) Spezialschlüssel
• Sperrkappe für Schraubsicherungen mit E14/E18 Gewinde
• Mit beiliegendem Spezialschlüssel zum Setzen der Sperrkappe

Nehmen Sie nun die D0-Sicherungs-
Verriegelung, stecken den gelben
Spezialschlüssel ein und drehen mit
Hilfe des Schlüssels die Verriegelung in
den Sicherungssockel ein.
Die Sperrkappe bildet zwei Gewinde-
größen ab, so dass die Verriegelung
wahlweise in Sockel mit E14- oder
E18-Gewinde eingedreht werden kann.
Entnehmen Sie den Spezialschlüssel.

Tipp
Hängen Sie nun ein Vorhangschloss in
die dafür vorgesehene Öffnung ein und
verschließen das Schloss.
Alternativ können Sie ein entsprechen-
des Schloss mit flexiblem Seil durch die
Öffnung in der Sperrkappe führen, um
mehrere D0-Sicherungs-Verriegelungen
in Reihe zu sichern.

Praktischer Tipp:
Bis zur späteren Entnahme können Sie
den gelben Spezialschlüssel direkt am
Vorhangschloss aufbewahren. Dazu
fädeln Sie den Schlüssel dank des
Lochs im Schlüsselkopf auf das offene
Bügelende des Vorhangschlosses und
verschließen das Vorhangschloss erst
dann.

Application:
Unscrew the screw cap and remove the
fuse insert (bottle fuse).
a) NEOZED Fuse Lockout Device Type D01+D02
b) Special key
• Insulation plug dummy for bottle fuses with E14/E18 thread
• Special key included to fix plug dummy

Now take the NEOZED Fuse Lockout
Device, insert the special yellow key and
use it to screw the locking device into
the fuse socket.
The locking cap has two thread sizes,
so the locking device can either be
screwed into the socket with an E14 or
E18 thread.
Remove the special key.

Tip
Now attach a padlock using the opening
provided and close the lock.
Alternatively, you can attach an approp-
riate lock with flexible cable by guiding
the cable through the opening in the
locking cap, in order to secure several
NEOZED Fuse Lockout Devices in a row.

Practical Tip:
You can store the special yellow key
directly on the padlock until you need
to remove it again. To do so, thread the
key on to the open end of the padlock‘s
shackle using the hole in the key’s head
and then close the padlock.

Applications:
Dévissez le capuchon à vis et retirez le
coupe-circuit (fusible).
a) Condamnateur de Disjoncteurs NEOZED D01+D02
b) Clé spéciale
• Capuchon de fermeture pour coupe-circuit fusible de filetage E14/E18
• Avec clé spéciale incluse pour fixer le capuchon de fermeture

Prenez ensuite le Condamnateur de Dis-
joncteurs, insérez la clé spéciale jaune
et vissez le dispositif de verrouillage
dans le socle du fusible à l’aide de la
clé.
Le capuchon de fermeture présente
deux tailles de letage, de manière à ce
que le dispositif de verrouillage puisse
être vissé dans le socle avec un letage
E14 ou E18.
Retirez la clé spéciale.
2.
Placez ensuite un cadenas dans l’ouver-
ture prévue à cet effet puis fermez-le.
Vous pouvez également placer un ca-
denas approprié avec un câble flexible
dans le capuchon de fermeture afin de
sécuriser côte à côte plusieurs
Condamnateurs de Disjoncteurs.

Conseil pratique:
Vous pouvez placer la clé spéciale jaune
directement dans le cadenas en atten-
dant un retrait ultérieur. Insérez pour
cela le trou de la tête de clé dans l’anse
ouverte du cadenas puis refermez le
cadenas.

Aplicación:
Abra la tapa roscada y retire el cartucho
(fusible).
a) Bloqueo de Disyuntor NEOZED D01+D02
b) Llave especial
• Tapa de bloqueo para fusibles de roscas E14/E18
• Con llave especial incluida para emplear en la tapa de bloqueo

A continuación, coja el Bloqueo de
Disyuntor, introduzca la llave amarilla
especial y enrosque el bloqueo en la
base portafusibles con ayuda de la
llave.
La tapa de bloqueo abarca dos tamaños
de rosca, de modo que el bloqueo se
puede enroscar en la base con una
rosca E14 o con una rosca E18.
Retire la llave especial.
2.
Enganche un candado en uno de los
orificios previstos para ello y ciérrelo.
Otra opción es introducir el correspon-
diente candado con cable flexible por el
orificio de la tapa de bloqueo para ase-
gurar varios Bloqueos de Disyuntor en
línea.

Consejo práctico:
Puede conservar la llave directamen-
te en el candado hasta su posterior
retirada. Para ello, inserte la llave en el
extremo abierto del estribo del candado
a través del agujero del cabezal de la
llave y cierre el candado una vez hecho
esto.
