CHARAKTERYSTYKA PRODUKTU

Palnik gazowy jest przeznaczony do lutowania, podgrzewania oraz osuszania. Dzięki

zasilaniu z wbudowanego zbiornika mieszanką gazów propan i butan, możliwa jest

praca w miejsca gdzie nie są dostępne źródła energii. Niewielkie rozmiary oraz niska

waga umożliwiają wygodną i bezpieczną pracę. Prawidłowa, niezawodna i bezpiecz-

WARUNKI BEZPIECZEŃSTWA

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS

The tool may be used only with butane or a propane-butane mixture. The tool has its

own tank, which must be filled with either gas. Filling must be carried out from pres-

surised containers by means of an adequate adapter, provided along with containers.

Do not ever fill the tank without having previously read the instructions printed on the

container.

The original structure and settings must not be modified. An attempt to modify the set-

tings or the structure of the unit and remove certain elements or using them for other

purposes than intended may be dangerous.

Do not use the device if the sealing is damaged or worn out. Do not use the device, if it

is untight, damaged or if it is not functioning correctly. Do not use the device which bears

any sign of damage.

Close the valves of the unit before fi lling the tank with gas. Do not smoke while changing

gas cartridges.

The tool must be operated in well ventilated areas, in accordance with national regula-

tions regarding: supply of air for burning; avoidance of dangerous gathering on unburnt

gases.

The tool should be used far from infl ammable materials. Keep a minimum distance of 5

metres between the outlet of the burner and the nearby surfaces (walls, ceilings). Do not

ever direct the outlet of the burner towards people or animals.

The gas tank must be filled in well ventilated places, preferably outdoors, far from any

sources of fi re, such as open fl ames, pilot burners, electric heaters and away from other

people.

If the tool is not tight (you can smell gas), then remove it immediately outdoors to a

well-ventilated place containing no source of fire, where the leakage may be localized

and eliminated. If you want to check any leakage of the tool, do it outdoors. Do not try to

detect leakage using fl ames. To do so use water with soap.

During work the outlets of the burners heat up to a high temperature. Keep children and

bystanders away from the tool.

Before you proceed to fi ll the gas tank, make sure the gas burners are off .

Do not modify the tool.

In case the tool must be sent to the manufacturer or a service point, it is required to cool

it down, empty the gas tank and then place the in its case and protect it adequately for

the given means of transport.

It is prohibited to send the tool along with the tank filled with gas. Transport of

dangerous materials is subject to restrictions.

Do not put a burning burner down. Do not heat up gas cartridges or burn hoses. Replace

the accessories, if necessary.

Do not work indoors; provide good ventilation. Work only in a clean area, away from in-

fl ammable or greasy materials. Wear eye protection. Do not wear greasy clothes. Avoid

welding and soldering fumes.

During work observe indications regarding: gas consumption (at normal settings) ade-

quately for each of the accessories and the shelf life of the gas tanks.

Empty the gas tank, if the unit is not to be used for a long period or in case it is trans-

ported in a vehicle.

Store and transport gas cartridge upright. Protect them from children.

Use only specifi ed spare parts. Do not ever use a unit with a damaged element.

In case of a gas leakage, it is required to immediately turn the burner off and walk away

from any source of fire and high temperature. Proceed in accordance with the informa-

tion contained in safety data sheet provided along with the gas cartridge. Head against

the wind. Isolate the contaminated area and keep bystanders away. Try to stop or at

least reduce the emission to the environment, if possible. Use adequate protection of the

respiratory tract. Spray water mist to minimise and limit the release of gas.

OPERATION OF THE TOOL

Filling the gas tank (II)

Filling the gas tank must be realised outdoors or in a well-ventilated room, far from

sources of fi re or excessive heat. Maintain a safe distance from bystanders.

Close the gas valve, turning the handwheel of the regulator to the limit towards the

symbol „-” and make sure the switch is „OFF”.

Use high quality gas. The gas container should be equipped with an adapter adequate

for the kind of valve.

Place the gas burner with the valve pointing upwards. Place the outlet of the gas con-

tainer at the valve. Press the container to the valve. Continue filling the tank until the

first signs of overfilling are noticed, when gas starts to come out from the connection

between the gas burner and the gas container. Put the gas burner down for a couple of

minutes in order for the pressure of the gas in the tank (III) to stabilise.

The gas tank is partially transparent, which permits to control the level of gas in the tank.

While fi lling the tank certain free space must be left inside. This will prevent gas leakag-

es, which might cause fi re and burns and other serious injuries during work.

Work with the tool

Make sure there is no gas leakage, and then turn the handwheel of the regulator to-

wards the symbol „+”. Set the value in the middle of the operating range. Move the

switch to ON, and then press and hold the magneto lock pressed, and press the magne-

to (II). The internal lighting tool will light gas at the gas burner nozzle. Adjust the height

of the fl ame with the gas regulator.

The work mode selector permits instantaneous or continuous operation. In case of in-

stantaneous operation it must be turned „OFF”. In this mode the switch must be held all

the time, and once it is released the gas fl ow is cut off and the fl ame is put out. Continu-

ous operation is possible when the selector is set to „CONTINOUS”. In such a case if the

switch is released the gas supply is not cut off. This permits operation, when continuous

supply of gas for a prolonged period of time is required.

The tool may be used both as a gas burner and as a soldering tool or a hot air gun.

In case of its being used as a gas burner, it is required to dismantle the plastic ring fi xing

the tip of the soldering tool along with the base and the guard of the gas burner. Then

install only the guard of the burner (IV).

In case the device is applied as a soldering tool, it is required to install the guard of the

burner, the base of the tip and the soldering tip (VI), using the plastic ring.

In case the device is used as a hot air gun, proceed as in the case of soldering tool, but

the tip must be dismantled from the base (VII).

The tool is equipped with additional tips for special tasks, such as point soldering, heat-

ing of larger surfaces or soldering in hardly accessible areas. Additional tips are screwed

Furthermore the device is supplied with a device for soldering copper pipes whose ex-

ternal diameter does not exceed 20 mm. The tool must be assembled as a hot air gun,

and then on the tip base the cap (VIII) must be installed. It is recommended before

soldering to wait until the flame heats up the cap plate. This will ensure more effi cient

operation.

Turning the gas burner off

In case of instantaneous operation, it is suffi cient to release the switch, and then the gas

fl ow is cut off and the fl ame is put out.

In case of continuous operation the operation switch must be moved to „OFF”, and then

padku lutownicy, ale odkręcić grot lutowniczy od podstawy (VII).

Produkt został wyposażony w dodatkowe groty, które służą do wyspecjalizowanych

zadań. Takich jak lutowanie punktowe, podgrzewanie większych obszarów czy lutow-

nie w miejscach o utrudnionym dostępie. Dodatkowe groty przykręca się do podstawy.

SICHERHEITSBEDINGUNGEN

Das Gerät darf nur mit Butan oder einem PropanButan-Gasgemisch genutzt werden. Es

besitzt einen eigenen Behälter, den man mit einem der oben angeführten Gase auff üllen

muss. Das Auffüllen ist aus Behältern unter Druck und mit Hilfe eines entsprechenden

satz sowie die Demontage einiger Teile oder ihr Einsatz für andere Zwecke als vorge-

sehen können gefährlich sein.

Es darf kein Gerät mit beschädigten oder verschlissenen Dichtungen zum Einsatz

kommen. Kein Gerät verwenden, wenn es undicht, beschädigt ist oder nicht richtigt

funktioniert. Im Prinzip ist kein Gerät zu verwenden, das irgendwelche Beschädigungen

aufweist.

Vor dem Auffüllen mit Gas sind die Ventile des Gerätes zu schließen. Während dem

Wechseln der Behälter darf nicht geraucht werden.

Weiterhin ist es erforderlich, dass die Geräte entsprechend den inländischen Anforde-

rungen bzgl. der Luftzufuhr zum Verbrennen an gut belüfteten Stellen eingesetzt wer-

den; auch eine Ansammlung von unverbrannten Gasen ist unbedingt zu vermeiden.

Das Gerät sollte nur weit entfernt von leicht brennbaren Materialien verwendet werden.

Dabei ist ein Mindestabstand von 5 Metern zwischen dem Brenneraustritt und anlie-

genden Flächen (Wände, Decken) einzuhalten. Der Brenneraustritt darf niemals auf

Menschen oder Tiere gerichtet werden.

Das Gas ist an gut belüfteten Stellen, am besten außerhalb von Räumen und weit

entfernt von irgendwelchen Feuerstellen, wie offene Flamme, Pilotbrenner, elektrische

Heizlüfter und weit weg von anderen Menschen aufzufüllen.

Wenn das Gerät undicht ist (Gasgeruch) muss man es sofort nach außen, an einen gut

belüfteten Ort ohne Feuerstelle tragen, wo dann die Undichtheit lokalisiert und beseitigt

werden kann. Wenn Sie die in Ihrem Gerät auftretenden Undichtheiten prüfen wollen,

dann ist dies außen durchzuführen. Bitte versuchen Sie nicht, die Sickerstellen mit einer

Flamme zu entdecken, sondern dafür ist Seifenwasser geeignet.

Während des Funktionsbetriebes erhitzen sich die Brenneraustritte bis zu einer hohen

Temperatur. Deshalb sind Kinder und unbeteiligte Personen vom Gerät fernzuhalten.

Vor dem Anschließen eines neuen Gasbehälters ist zu überprüfen, ob die Brenner ge-

löscht sind.

Das Gerät darf nicht modifi ziert werden.

Wenn das Gerät zum Hersteller oder zum Service versandt werden muss, dann ist es

vorher abzukühlen, vom Gasbehälter zu trennen und anschließend in eine Einheitsver-

packung aus Papier zu verpacken und für die entsprechend ausgewählte Transportart

zu sichern. Das Versenden des Gerätes zusammen mit dem mit Gas gefüllten

Behälter ist verboten. Der Transport von Gefahrenstoffen unterliegt bestimmten

Einschränkungen.

Den gezündeten Brenner nicht irgendwo ablegen. Es ist auch darauf zu achten, dass

die Behälter nicht erhitzt und der Schlauch nicht verbrannt wird. Im Bedarfsfall ist das

Zubehör auszutauschen.

Man darf nicht in geschlossenen Räumen arbeiten, sondern man muss für eine gute

Belüftung sorgen. Ebenso ist nur an einem sauberen Ort, weit entfernt von brennbaren

oder fettigen Materialien zu arbeiten. Augenschutzmittel verwenden. Keine fettige Klei-

dung tragen. Das Einatmen der Schweiß- bzw. Lötdämpfe ist zu vermeiden.

Maintenance of the device

Storage

The tool must be stored in the provided individual cases in a dark, well-ventilated and dry

place, not accessible to third parties, particularly children. Store the vertically.

Do not expose the tool to temperatures exceeding 50
