mains voltage matches the volt-

age specified on the name plate

on the bottom panel. In some

areas a voltage selector may be

provided on the rear panel of the

main keyboard unit. Make sure

that the voltage selector is set

for the voltage in your area.

The exclamation point within the equi-

lateral triangle is intended to alert the

user to the presence of important oper-

ating and maintenance (servicing) in-

structions in the literature accompany-

ing the product.

The lightning flash with arrowhead

symbol, within the equilateral triangle,

is intended to alert the user to the pres-

ence of uninsulated “dangerous volt-

age” within the product’s enclosure that

may be of sufficient magnitude to con-

stitute a risk of electrical shock.

Wenn Sie die folgenden Richtlinien befolgen, werden Sie viele Jahre Spaß an Ihrem Clavinova haben.

1Öffnen Sie unter keinen Umständen das Gehäuse.

Berühren bzw. Ändern der Schaltungen im Innern des

Instruments ist gefährlich!

2 Schalten Sie das Instrument nach Gebrauch mit dem

POWER-Schalter aus, und setzen Sie den mitgelieferte

Staubhülle auf.

3Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung von Gehäuse und

Tastatur ein sauberes, leicht angefeuchtetes Tuch. Falls

erforderlich, kann ein neutrales Reinigungsmittel

verwendet werden. Scheuermittel, Reinigungswachs

sowie Lösungsmittel und andere Chemikalien greifen

das Finish an und sollten daher unter keinen Umständen

verwendet werden.

4Legen Sie keine Gegenstände aus Vinyl auf das

Clavinova. Weiche Kunststoffmaterialien können das

Finish irreparabel beschädigen.

5 Schützen Sie das Clavinova vor direkter

Sonneneinstrahlung, übermäßiger Feuchtigkeit und

Hitze.

6 Die Bedienelemente, Anschlüsse und anderen Teile des

Clavinovas stets mit der gebotenen Vorsicht behandeln.

Schützen Sie das Instrument auch vor Kratzern und

Stößen.

7Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Netzanschluß, daß die

auf dem Typenschild* angegebene Betriebsspannung

mit der örtlichen Netzspannung übereinstimmt. In

gewissen Verkaufsgebieten ist das Instrument zusätzlich

mit einem Spannungswahlschalter versehen, der dann

auf den richtigen Spannungswert eingestellt werden

muß.

* Lage des Typenschilds

Das Typenschild des CLP-121S befindet sich an der

Gehäuseunterseite.
