• This appliance will not produce hot water until it has been activated.
• WULFE heat pumps are activated with the Express ACTIV8 app.
• Express ACTIV8 is a patented system designed to streamline the activation of WULFE heat pumps.
• Activation is part of the STC rebate claim process mandated by the Clean Energy Regulator (CER).
• Activation of the heat pump must be performed onsite by a licensed plumber.
• Activation cannot be completed by the homeowner or other trades.
FOR THE PLUMBER
Step
Download and install the Express
ACTIV8 app on a smartphone or
tablet with internet access.
The app is completely free and there
are no ongoing subscription costs.
Step
The rst time you use Express ACTIV8,
you must create an account.
Create your account by registering
with your ABN, plumbing license
number and contact details.
Step
To comply with government rebate
regulations, identity verication is
required by supplying a photo of
yourself and your plumbing license.
Step
Activate a WULFE
®
heat pump by
entering the install address and
scanning the serial number on the
nameplate afxed to the appliance.
Follow the steps to generate an
activation code. Enter the code
generated by the app into the heat
pump, to activate the system.
Step
After activation, you will receive
an email conrmation.
Warranty registration and government
STC rebate claims are automatically
processed – no paperwork required!
