INSTRUCTIONS
1.Panelholes:
1.1.Accordingtothesizeoftheswitch,acircularholeof12mmor16mmisopenedonthe
paneltoensurethattheedgeissmoothandfreefromburrs.
1.2.IfitisPCBinstallation,drillholesaccordingtothepinspacing(usually5.08mm).
2.Fixedswitch:
2.1.panelmounting:Inserttheholefromthefront,tightenthenutonthebackorpressthe
cliptoclamp.

2.2.PCBinstall:Insertthepinverticallyintothecircuitboardholeandsolderitwitha
solderingirontoavoiddeformationofthepinunderforce.
3.Wireconnection:
3.1.commonport(COM):Connectpowerinput.
3.2.normallyopen(NO):Outputterminalwhenthetargetpositionisconnected.
3.3normalclose(NC):Theconnectingendinthedefaultstate.
4.Examplecircuit:
4.1.Controltheforwardandreverserotationofthemotor:connecttheforwardcoiltotheleft
gear,connectthereversecoiltotherightgear,anddisconnectthepowersupplytothe
middlegear.
4.2.Temporarytriggersignals:leftgeartriggersignalA,rightgeartriggersignalB,and
automaticreset19afterrelease.
Operationmethod
1.Gearshift:
1.1.Manuallymovethehandletotheleftorrightposition,andreleaseittoautomatically
bouncebacktothemiddleposition.
1.2.Ifyouneedtostayinthetargetposition,youneedtocontinuouslyapplyexternalforce
(suchasadditionaloperationforspringlocktype).
2.Resetfunctionverification:
2.1Aftermoving,observewhethertheoperatinghandleautomaticallyrebounds,andusea
multimetertodetectwhetherthecontactstateislogical.
3.Maintenancesuggestions
3.1.Cleantheswitchsurfaceandcontactsevery6months,usinganhydrousalcoholto
removedustandoxidelayer.
3.2.Checkwhetherthepinsolderjointsarelooseandre-weldthemifnecessary.
3.3.Itcannotbereset:Checkwhetherthespringisdeformedorblockedbyforeignmatter,
cleaninternalimpuritiesorreplacethespring.
3.4.Poorcontactatthepoint:Grindthecontactsurfacelightlywithfinesandpaper,or
replacetheswitch.
3.5.Thehandleisstuck:Lubricatetheshaftparts(suchasasmallamountofsilicone
grease),avoidusingoilylubricants.

1.Besuretocutoffthepowersupplybeforeinstallationormaintenancetoavoidtheriskof
electricshock.
