Step 2: Fasten the undercarriage to the bottom of the bin at

the four locations highlighted with light-colored arrows

below. To attach the carriage to the bin, use the 4 large hex

head screws provided with the product. Insert the screws

through slots in the cross rails of the undercarriage and into

the binas shown in FIGS. 1A & 1B.

Step 3: Slide a wheel onto each end of the axle. The threaded ends of

the axle should project from the wheel hubs. Secure each wheel to the

axle with hex nuts as shown in FIG. 1C.

Step 1: Fasten the casters (2) to the undercarriage.

[NOTE: Attach casters before fastening undercarriage to

bottom of bin.] Referring to FIG. 1A, insert the threaded

stem of each caster into the threaded bolt hole in the side

rail (of the undercarriage); then install hex nuts on the

ends of the stems and tighten the nuts against the side

rail.
