1) Use the four 2" x 5/16" bolts and 5/16" nuts to assemble crossbars and

uprights as shown. Do not attach gas spring yet.

2) Anchor base to floor in desired location. (hardware not included).

3) Insert fixed upright into base. Raise gate. Attach gas spring as shown

using 1 1/4" x 5/16" bolts and 5/16" nuts.
