VMBDALI QuickStart Guide–
Select the Dali
module you wish
to configure
If there is no external Dali power supply in your installation, activate the internal Dali
power supply of the Velbus module. To do this, go to the VMBDALI settings in the
Velbuslink configuration software (set the button to enabled).
Please note: only 1 single Dali power supply may be active on 1 Dali bus! Make sure that no
external Dali power supply is active (or installed in your installation) before switching on
the VMBDALI internal power supply.
During addressing and/or synchronization, this
icon is displayed next to the VMBDALI module.
After completion, this icon will disappear.
13. After addressing & configuring you can create actions in VelbusLink between VMBDALI channels and other Velbus Channels ,
(push buttons).
After addressing, click on the channel to be
configured. In this example (Channel A0) (9).
Then click on the configuration icon (gear) (10).
Here you can adjust
settings according to your
wishes. After setting =>
synchronize first!
Drag method: click push button channel and
drag it onto a desired VMBDALI channel and
release it. The next screen opens.

15. Set parameters
The link has been configured. Synchronize (17) and write to send the programming to the modules.
