TENT PITCHING INSTRUCTIONS INSPIRE 500/600 (UK) –

FLYSHEET FIRST PITCHING:

• Open out inner and position in required direction.

• Peg out the four main corners of the tent using the pegs supplied

• Locate inflating points at the base of each beam

• Access the beams through the zipped entry points and through the side

door

• For the first use of the AirBeam, fully unscrew all the valves from the

AirBeams and screw back in carefully before inflating - this ensures that

the valve is not cross-threaded.

• Remove smaller screw-cap on valve and insert pump nozzle, of the

Vango AirBeam™ pump supplied

• Inflate all tubes to 7psi. The tubes MUST be guided into an arch as they

are inflated.

• Final tube pressure MUST NOT exceed 8psi

• DO NOT OVER-INFLATE THE BEAMS

• Start with the centre tube and guide the beam into an upright position

while it is inflating

• Inflate the other beams.

• Remove pump & tighten screw-cap. Ensure both parts of valve are well fitted so it is air tight but do not over tighten.

• Ensure the tent is in a straight line

• The groundsheet should be flat and wrinkle free

• Peg out the remaining poles and pegging points using pin pegs at the base of poles

• Peg out ALL guy lines using pin-pegs ensuring that guy line fabric attachment points are evenly tensioned.

• Reposition and adjust tensioning where necessary

SIDE DOOR COVER:

• Once the tent is pitched, remove the ends of the side door cover AirBeam from the hook & loop on the tent

• Place the pump on the ground and stretch the hose up to the valve

• Inflate the beam to 7psi

• Reattach the AirBeam ends to the corresponding hook & loop on the tent

CORRECT PUMP SET-UP:

• Pump Body > Pressure Valve > Pressure Gauge > Hose

• (Ensure the valve/gauge/hose are connected to the inflation port of the pump)

INNER ATTACHMENT:

• Open out inner tent inside flysheet and position doorways to correspond with the living area

• Starting from the rear corners of the tent, attach the elasticated hooks on the groundsheet to corresponding rings on the flysheet

• Suspend the inner by attaching toggles of inner tent through rings on inside of flysheet

• Do the rear first and work forward

TENSION BAND SYSTEM:

• Remove Tension Band System from pockets and attach into the corresponding clips at the apex of the pole

• Adjust the straps until they are taut

• DO NOT OVERTENSION. Excess tension will alter the shape of the tent

TO DEFLATE THE AIRBEAM TENT:

• Unscrew the valve fully from the beam, taking care as the valve will be under pressure from the air inside the tube.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A PUNCTURE:

• Note - most apparent punctures are the result of the valve not being screwed in correctly. Please check the valves before changing the AirBeam in

question

• Deflate the air beam. Unzip the internal flysheet sleeve which contains the affected beam.

• Remove the tube and its protective outer.

• The zips for the protective outer are cable tied together to prevent accidental access. Cut the cable tie and open the zip.

• DO NOT open these zips when the tube inflated.

• Remove the clear rubberised tube from the protective sleeve taking care when removing the valve from the sleeve.

• Partially inflate the tube and pass through a bucket or basin of water, looking for air bubbles. This will indicate location of puncture

• Use the repair patch provided and cover hole, using instructions on patch. Re-insert tube into protective outer, closing zip from both ends, so that zip

pullers are in the flysheet sleeve (this might be easier with the tube partially inflated)

TENT PITCHING INSTRUCTIONS INSPIRE 500/600 (DE) –

MIT AUßENZELTAUFBAU ZUERST:

• Innenzelt auslegen und korrekt ausrichten.

• Befestigen Sie die 4 Hauptecken des Zelts mit Hilfe der mitgelieferten Heringe

• Machen Sie die Aufblaspunkte an der unteren Seite jedes Trägers ausfindig.

• Über die durch Reißverschluss geschützten Eingangspunkte und die Seitentür erhalten Sie Zugriff auf die Träger.

• Bei der ersten Nutzung des AirBeam schrauben Sie bitte alle Ventile von den AirBeams ab und schrauben Sie sie sorgfältig wieder an, bevor Sie sie

aufblasen - dies stellt sicher, dass das Ventil nicht verkantet ist.

• Entfernen Sie die kleinere Schraubkappe v om Ventil und stecken Sie die Pumpendüse der mitgelieferten Vango AirBeam™ Pumpe ein.

• Pumpen Sie alle Schläuche auf 7psi auf. Die Schläuche MÜSSEN beim Aufpumpen in einen Bogen geformt werden.

• Der Schlauchdruck DARF letztendlich 8psi nicht überschreiten.

• TRÄGER NICHT ZU STARK AUFPUMPEN.

• Beginnen Sie mit dem mittleren Schlauch und bringen Sie den Träger beim Aufpumpen in eine aufrechte Form.

• Pumpen Sie die anderen Träger auf.

• Entfernen Sie die Pumpe & drehen Sie die Schraubkappe fest. Achten Sie darauf, dass beide Teile des Ventils korrekt liegen, sodass das Ventil

luftdicht jedoch nicht zu stark angezogen ist.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass sich das Zelt in einer geraden Linie ausgerichtet befindet.

• Die Bodenplane sollte glatt und knitterfrei sein.

• Übrige Stangen und Verankerungspunkte mithilfe der Stiftheringe unten an den Stangen fixieren.

• ALLE Abspannleinen mit Stiftheringen fixieren, wobei darauf zu achten ist, dass die Befestigungspunkte der Abspannleinen an der Plane gleichmäßig

festgezogen sind.

• Positionieren und justieren Sie die Spannseile neu, falls nötig

STANGE DER SEITENTÜRVERKLEIDUNG:

• Wenn das Zelt aufgebaut ist, entfernen Sie die Enden des Trägers der Seitentürabdeckung vom Klettverschluss am Zelt

• Stellen Sie die Pumpe auf den Boden und ziehen Sie den Schlauch bis zum Ventil

• Pumpen Sie den Träger mit 7psi auf

• Befestigen Sie die Trägerenden wieder am passenden Klettverschluss am Zelt

KORREKTE PUMPENAUFSTELLUNG:

• Pumpenkörper > Druckventil > Druckmesser > Schlauch

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ventil/Messer/Schlauch mit dem Aufblasanschluss der Pumpe verbunden sind)

INNENBEFESTIGUNG:

• Legen Sie die Innenzelte im Außenzelt aus und richten Sie die Eingänge so aus, dass sie in den Wohnbereich führen.

• Befestigen Sie die elastischen Haken an der Bodenplane, wobei von den hinteren Ecken des Zelts zu beginnen ist.

• Die Aufhängung des Innenzelts erfolgt, indem die Knebel des Innenzelts durch die auf der Innenseite des Außenzelts befindlichen Ringe gesteckt

werden.

• Beginnen Sie hinten und arbeiten Sie sich nach vorn.

SPANNGURTVORRICHTUNG:

• Entnehmen Sie die Spanngurtvorrichtung aus den Taschen und befestigen Sie sie an den zugehörigen Halterungsklemmen an der Stangenspitze.

• Ziehen Sie die Gurte solange fest, bis sie straff gespannt sind.

• NICHT ZU STARK FESTZIEHEN. Zu starke Spannung bewirkt eine Verformung des Zelts.

LUFT AUSLASSEN:

• Schrauben Sie das Ventil vollständig vom Träger ab. Dabei mit Vorsicht vorgehen, da das Ventil durch die im Schlauch befindliche Luft unter Druck

steht.

FÜR DEN UNWAHRSCHEINLICHEN FALL EINER UNDICHTIGKEIT:

• Hinweis: die meisten Probleme entstehen dadurch, dass das Ventil nicht korrekt eingeschraubt wird. Überprüfen Sie bitte die Ventile, bevor Sie den

betreffenden AirBeam austauschen

• Luft aus dem Träger ablassen. Öffnen Sie den Reißverschluss des internen Außenzeltkanals, in dem sich der betroffene Träger befindet.

• Schlauch mitsamt seiner Schutzhülle entnehmen.

• Die Reißverschlüsse der Schutzhülle sind mit Kabelbindern zusammengebunden, um einen unbeabsichtigten Zugriff zu vermeiden. Schneiden Sie den

Kabelbinder durch und öffnen Sie den Reißverschluss.

• Diese Reißverschlüsse NICHT öffnen, wenn der Schlauch aufgeblasen ist.

• Entnehmen Sie den durchsichtigen gummierten Schlauch aus der Schutzhülle - Vorsicht bei Entnahme des Ventils aus der Schutzhülle.

• Pumpen Sie den Schlauch etwas auf und ziehen Sie ihn durch einen Eimer oder eine Schale mit Wasser, wobei Sie nach Luftblasen Ausschau halten.

Diese zeigen die undichte Stelle an.

• Legen Sie den mitgelieferten Reparaturflicken auf das Loch und befolgen Sie die auf dem Flicken gegebene Anleitung. Schieben Sie den Schlauch

wieder in die Schutzhülle ein, schließen Sie den Reißverschluss auf beiden Seiten, sodass sich die Reißer im Außenzeltkanal befinden (dies ist bei leicht •

aufgeblasenem Schlauch evtl. einfacher)

TENT PITCHING INSTRUCTIONS INSPIRE 500/600 (FR) –

MONTAGE EN COMMENÇANT PAR LE DOUBLE TOIT:

• Déferler la tente intérieure et orienter dans le sens requis

• Attacher les quatre coins principaux de la tente, à l'aide des piquets fournis

• Trouver les points de gonflement en bas de chaque 'poutre'

• Les poutres sont accessibles aux points d'entrée zippés et moyennant la porte latérale

• Pour la 1e utilisation de l'AirBeam, défaire toutes les valves des tuyaux gonflables et les remettre avec soin avant de gonfler pour s'assurer que les –

valves ne sont pas inversées.

• Enlever le plus petit bouchon à vis de la valve et introduire le pistolet de la pompe Vango Airbeam (fournie)

• Gonfler tous les tuyaux à 7psi. ATTENTION: Les tuyaux seront guidés dans les arches à mesure qu'ils gonflent

• La pression finale NE DOIT PAS dépasser les 8 . psi

• NE PAS SURGONFLER LES POUTRES

• Commencer par le tuyau central et guider la poutre en position verticale à mesure qu'elle se gonfle

• Gonfler les autres poutres

• Enlever la pompe et resserrer le bouchon. S'assurer que les deux parties soient bien placées pour que le tout soit étanche. Ne pas trop serrer.

• S'assurer que la tente soit montée en ligne droite

• Le tapis de sol devrait être à plat et sans plis

• Planter le reste des piquets, en utilisant les points de piquetage en bas des mâts

• Planter tous les cordes d'ancrage avec des piquets, en s'assurant que les points d'attache soient sous tension égale

• Repositionner et ajuster la tension là où c'est nécessaire

ARCEAU DE LA PORTE:

• Une fois la tente montée, retirer les extrémités de la porte latérale gonflable du velcro fixé sur la tente

• Placer la pompe sur le sol et étirer le tuyau jusqu'à la valve

• Gonfler le tuyau AirBeam à 7 PSI

• Rattacher les extrémités des surfaces gonflables aux zones velcro correspondantes sur la tente

UTILISATION CORRECTE DE LA POMPE:

• Corps de la Pompe > Valve de Pression > Jauge de Pression >Tuyau

• (S'assurer que la valve/jauge/tuyau sont connectés à l'orifice de gonflage de la pompe)

ATTACHER LA TENTE ANTÉRIEURE:

• Déferler la tente intérieure sous le double toit et orienter les portes selon le compartiment

• Commençant par les coins arrière, attacher les crochets élastiques du tapis de sol

• Faire pendre la tente intérieure en attachant les crochets de celle-ci aux anneaux intérieurs du double toit

• Commencer par derrière et travailler vers l'avant

ENSEMBLE DES SANGLES DE TENSION:

• Sortir de la poche l'ensemble des sangles de tension et les attacher en haut du mât selon les correspondances

• Les sangles se feront ajuster jusqu'à devenir raides

DÉGONFLER:

• Desserrer totalement la valve, en prenant soin puisqu'elle est sous tension pneumatique

DANS LE CAS (PEU PROBABLE) D'UNE CREVAISON:

• A noter la plupart des perforations apparentes sont le résultat d'une valve non fixée correctement. Veuillez vérifier les valves avant de remettre en –

cause la structure gonflable

• Dégonfler la poutre. Défaire la manche du double toit là où se trouve la poutre crevée

• Enlever le tuyau ainsi que sa protection extérieure

• Les fermetures de la protection extérieure sont attachées par câbles afin d'empêcher tout accès non souhaité. Couper l'attache de câble et ouvrir

la fermeture éclair

• NE PAS ouvrir les fermetures quand les tuyaux sont gonflés

• Enlever le tuyau transparent de sa manche, en prenant soin de séparer la valve et la manche

• Partiellement gonfler le tuyau et passer sous l'eau dans un bassin, en cherchant des bulles d'air qui signalent l'endroit de la crevaison

• Se servir de la rustine fournie pour couvrir le trou, suivre les instructions imprimées sur la rustine. Réintroduire le tuyau dans sa protection extérieure, en

fermant l'éclair aux deux bouts. Les tire-fermetures se trouveront dans la manche protectrice. Cette action est plus facile si le tuyau est partiellement

gonflé
