SLIDE ON THE POWER SWITCH BEFORE YOU DO THE

FOLLOWING:

Charge the unit

- Charge the USB device

- Charge DC12V/16V/19V device

- Use the Flashlight

- Use the Air Pump (Not Included)

USING THE UPP136 POWER BANK

CHARGING THE UNIT

1. Use the 240V AC Adaptor to connect the unit to an AC home outlet

or the cigarette lighter adaptor to connect the unit to the vehicle’s

cigarette lighter socket.

2. Slide ON the POWER switch to monitor charging progress on the

screen. The display shows 100% with when charging is complete.

3. Disconnect the UPP136 from the AC adaptor.

To preserve battery life, fully charge the Power Bank every three

months.

CHECK BATTERY CAPACITY

1. Slide ON the POWER switch.

2. Press POWER button without any devices connected to the char-

ger.

3. The number of bars in the battery icon indicate the power in the

battery.

JUMP START A VEHICLE

1. Slide ON the POWER switch and make sure the Power Bank is

fully charged.

2. Turn off all accessories on the vehicle (radio, air conditioner, etc)

3. Connect the jumper cable’s RED clamp to the POSITIVE post of

the vehicle battery.

4. Connect the jumper cable’s BLACK clamp to the NEGATIVE post

of the vehicle battery.

5. Insert the jumper cable connector into the Power Bank’s 12V

connector (under ap). Be sure the connection is solid.

6. Turn the vehicle ignition key for 3 seconds only. If the vehicle

starts:

• Disconnect the jumper cables from the power pack rst, then

disconnect the clamps from the battery.

• Leave the ignition on for a few minutes, then turn off the

vehicle.

• Start the car.

7. If the car does NOT start on the rst try, wait for a minute and try

again.

CHARGING A 5V USB DEVICE (TABLET, CELL PHONE, ETC.)

1. Slide ON the POWER switch. Connect 2-1 USB connector to the

UPP136.

2. Connect your device to either the miniUSB or microUSB cable.

3. The UPP136 begins to charge your device.

TURN ON FLASHLIGHT

1. Slide ON the POWER switch. Press and hold POWER button to

turn on the LED ashlight in steady mode.

2. Press POWER button again to cycle through the 4 modes: Steady,

Slow Strobe, Fast Strobe, and OFF.

CHARGE DC12V/16V/19V DEVICES

Slide ON the POWER switch. Press POWER button to select the

desired output voltage (DC 12V/16V/19V). Insert a connector cable

(not included) to DC Output 2 to charge the desired device.

MAINTENANCE

Use common sense when caring for your UPP136. Be sure the

connectors and jacks remain clean and free of debris. Unplug the

UPP136 after charging. Slide OFF the POWER switch and store the

UPP136 and its accessories in the carrying case provided.

BATTERY DISPOSAL

The battery is self-contained and not consumer replaceable. The battery

must be disposed properly when it no longer holds a charge. Proper

charging practices will increase the life of the unit.

TROUBLESHOOTING

IF... TRY THIS...

My items are not recharging/

inating.

• Recharge the UPP136.

• Verify that your items are connected cor-

rectly.

I haven’t used my UPP136

in a while, and now the unit

is completely drained.

You may have accidentally put it away with it

powered on. Recharge it.

USING THE AIR PUMP (OPTIONAL ACCESSORY)

The air pump accessory comes equipped to pump air into car tires.

Do not use the air pump longer than 15 minutes at a time. Let it

cool down after 5 minutes of continuous use.

1. Connect the appropriate air needle adaptor to the air pump, if

needed.

2. Connect the air hose to the item to inate.

3. Connect the air pump’s power plug to the Power Bank’s 12V Con-

nector (under ap).

4. Press the green power button on the air pump. Monitor the gauge

to be sure not to overinate your item. Stop inating your item oc-

casionally to check the air pressure.

5. Press the green power button again when the item is inated to

turn off the air pump.
