EXTERNAL BATTERY CHARGER W/BATTERY

FOR THE UNIDEN SDS100

PACKAGE CONTENTS:

•External Battery Charger

•AC Power Adapter (5VDC Out)

•BT954 5.4AH Lithium Ion Battery for SDS100

OPERATION:

1. Plug the supplied AC adapter into a wall outlet and then into the EBC100

charge cradle.

2. Place the battery into the EBC100 charge cradle. The battery

automatically charges until full, and the charge indicator turns red while

the battery charges.

3. When charging is complete, the charging indicator turns green.

Typical charge time for a fully discharged BT954 battery is 6.5

hours.

Precharge (<3.07V):145 mA

Quick Charge (3.07C - 4.2V):1010 mA

Top-o󰀨 Charge:4.2V until charge current drops to 100 mA

High Temperature Cuto󰀨:113°F (45°C)

Loq Temperature Cuto󰀨:32°F (0°C)

Note: This charger can also be used to charge the original low-

capacity battery supplied with the rst production SDS100 units.
