please press the “Power/ ” button to turn on the soundbar and wait until "----"
appears on the screen of the soundbar before switching the mode.

1.Check if the TV and sound bar is connected to the port that mark "ARC" or"eARC"
("HDMI IN” does not support).
2.Check whether the TV setting path is correct.
Normally as below: Settings-Sound-Digital Audio Output -Auto/Pass Through
1) For general audio output, select " " (Preference) to allow the TV toAuto
automatically determine the best audio format for your content.
2) If you're dealing with Atmos audio content (such as Dolby Atmos), choose the
"Pass through" option.
3) In case you encounter content with DTS audio, set the TV to " "PCM
3. Check if the sound bar switches to eARC mode.
4.Check whether the cable is not connected wrongly or loosely after completed
Note ：If the connection and settings are correct, but there is no sound, please
replace the HDMI cable and make sue that the TV setting is correct.
