ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION

WARNING! Depressurize tank by activating

pressure relief valve on the outlet stem

assembly.

1. Loosen and remove bolts, nuts, clips and the clamp

from the tank. Raise the eyewash assembly from the

tank.

2. Fill tank with 5 gallons of clear, clean, potable water.

Add entire bottle of included water preservative

(S-21107). Then, fill with 5 more gallons of clear,

clean, potable water.

CAUTION! Do not overfill tank.

3. Replace eyewash assembly ensuring that the

eyewash assembly flag handle and the eyewash

sign on the vessel are facing the same direction.

Reclamp securely in place by tightening the nuts.

Replace clips.

4. Using the Schrader air intake valve, pressurize unit to

80 PSI. Be sure to use a clean air source.

WARNING! Do not use CO or any other high 2

pressure gas. Do not connect directly to any

external air or gas source.

5. Run unit momentarily to purge air and any

contaminants from system.

NOTE: Water should be drained and replaced

with fresh water and one bottle of water

preservative at least once every six months.
