Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung
Dieser Artikel dient zur Sicherung von
Sportgeräten (z. B. Ski, Snowboards, Inline-
Skates, Fahrradhelmen) und Reisegepäck.
Nicht geeignet als Fahrradschloss.
Jedes Travel Sentry® Approved-Schloss
verfügt über einen speziellen Code, der es
der nordamerikanischen Flugsicherheit
TSA (Transportation Security Administration)
und anderen Flughafen-Sicherheitsbeauf-
tragten in den USA und auf vielen anderen
Flughäfen ermöglicht, das Schloss zu
öffnen und nach der Inspektion wieder zu
verschließen.
Zahlencode einstellen
Der Artikel ist werkseitig auf „000“ einge-
stellt.
1. Stellen Sie alle Zahlenräder (1a) an
der Markierung auf „0“ ein (Abb. A).
2. Ziehen und drehen Sie den Bügel (1b)
um 270 Grad (Abb. A).
3. Drücken Sie die Bügelkerbe (1c) in die
Öffnung am Gehäuse (Abb. B).
4. Drehen Sie den Bügel um 90 und stellen
Sie Ihre gewünschte Zahlenkombi-
nation durch drehen der Zahlenräder ein
(Abb. C).
5. Ziehen Sie den Bügel aus der Einrastung
und verschließen Sie ihn.
6. Verstellen Sie die Zahlenräder, um den
Artikel zu verriegeln.
Hinweis: Zum Verändern der Zahlenkombi-
nation wiederholen Sie die Schritte 1 bis 6.
Schloss öffnen
1. Stellen Sie die Zahlenkombination ein
und heben Sie den Bügel aus dem Artikel.
Reinigung und Pflege
Den Artikel immer trocken und sauber in
einem temperierten Raum lagern.
Nur mit einem feuchten Reinigungstuch reini-
gen und anschließend trocken wischen.
Nie mit scharfen Pflegemitteln reinigen.
Hinweise zur Entsorgung
Verpackung und Artikel bitte umweltgerecht
und sortenrein entsorgen! Entsorgen Sie den
Artikel über einen zugelassenen Entsor-
gungsbetrieb oder über Ihre kommunale
Gemeindeverwaltung. Beachten Sie die

Correct use
This article serves to secure sports equip-
ment (e.g. skis, snowboards, inline skates,
bicycle helmets) and travel luggage. It is not
suitable for use as a bicycle lock.
Every Travel Sentry® Approved lock has a
specific code that allows the TSA (Trans-
portation Security Administration) in North
America and other security staff airports in
the US and elsewhere to open the lock and
close it again following inspection of the
contents.
Set code
The article is set at the factory to ‘000’.
1. Position all the number wheels (1a) in line
with the mark at ‘0’ (figure A).
2. Pull and turn the bracket (1b) through
270 degrees (figure A).
3. Press the bracket notch (1c) into the
positioning notch on the casing (figure B).
4. Turn the bracket through 90 degrees and
set a number combination of your choice
by turning the number wheels (figure C).
5. Pull the bracket out of the positioning
notch and close it.
6. Change the position of the number
wheels in order to lock the article.
Note: Repeat steps 1 to 6 if you wish to
change the number combination.
Open the lock
1. Set the number combination and lift the
bracket out of the article.
Cleaning and care
Always store the article in a clean, dry, and
temperature-controlled room.
Only clean the article using a damp clea-
ning cloth and then wipe it dry.
Never clean using aggressive care products.
Disposal
Please dispose of the product and packa-
ging in an environmentally friendly manner,
separating different materials for recycling
as required!
Dispose of this item through an authorised
disposal company or through your local
waste disposal facilities - ask your local
authority for information if further guidance
is required. Ensure that you comply with all
regulations currently in force.

viaggio. Non adatto ad essere impiegato
come lucchetto per biciclette.
Ogni lucchetto Travel Sentry® Approved
dispone di uno speciale codice che rende
possibile all'ente per la sicurezza dei voli
del Nord America TSA (Transportation
Security Administration) e ad altri addetti
alla sicurezza presso gli aeroporti degli
USA e presso molti altri aeroporti di aprire il
lucchetto e di richiuderlo dopo l'ispezione.
Impostare il codice
numerico
L'articolo è pre-impostato su "000".
1. Mettere tutte le rotelle numerate (1a) sulla
tacca su "0" (imm. A).
2. Tirare e girare l'archetto (1b) di 270
gradi (imm. A).
3. Inserire il gancetto dell'archetto (1c)
nell'apertura della struttura (imm. B).
4. Girare l'archetto di 90 gradi e impostare
la combinazione numerica desiderata
girando le rotelle numerate (imm. C).
5. Estrarre l'archetto dall'aggancio e chiu-
derlo.
6. Spostare le rotelle numerate per bloccare
l'articolo.
Avvertenza: per modificare la combinazio-
ne numerica ripetere le fasi da 1 a 6.
Aprire il lucchetto
1. Mettere le rotelle nella combinazione
giusta ed estrarre l'archetto dall'articolo.
Pulizia e cura
Conservare sempre l'articolo asciutto e
pulito in un ambiente temperato.
Pulire solo con un panno umido e quindi
passare un panno asciutto. Non pulire mai
con prodotti detergenti aggressivi.
Smaltimento
Smaltire l’imballaggio e l’articolo stesso
rispettando l’ambiente e le regole della
raccolta differenziata! Per lo smaltimento
rivolgersi ad un’azienda autorizzata o alle
autorità competenti. Rispettare la normativa
vigente.

Ouverture du cadenas
1. Réglez la combinaison de chiffres et
soulevez l'anse de l'article.
Nettoyage et entretien
Rangez toujours l'article dans une pièce
tempérée lorsqu'il est propre et sec.
Nettoyer uniquement avec un chiffon humi-
de et ensuite essuyer pour sécher.
Ne jamais nettoyer avec des nettoyants
agressifs !
Mise au rebut
L’emballage et l’article doivent être éliminés
de manière favorable à l’environnement.
Eliminez l’article par l’intermédiaire d’une
entreprise de recyclage autorisée ou via

Utilisation conforme
Cet article sert à sécuriser les équipements
de sport (p. ex. skis, snowboard, patins en li-
gne, casque de vélo) et les sacs de voyage.
Ne convient pas aux vélos.
Chaque cadenas Travel Sentry® Approved
dispose d'un code spécial qui permet à
la sécurité aérienne nord-américaine TSA
(Transportation Security Administration) et
à d'autres responsables de la sécurité aé-
rienne aux États-Unis et dans de nombreux
autres aéroports d'ouvrir le cadenas et de le
refermer après inspection.
Réglage du code
Cet article est réglé par défaut sur « 000 ».
1. Placez toutes les roues chiffrées (1a) sur
« 0 » au niveau du marquage (fig. A).
2. Tirez et tournez l'anse (1b) de 270
degrés (fig. A).
3. Poussez l'encoche de l'anse (1c) dans
l'orifice sur le logement (fig. B).
4. Tournez l'anse de 90 ° et réglez la com-
binaison de chiffres souhaitée en tournant
les roues chiffrées (fig. C).
5. Sortez l'anse du verrouillage en tirant et
refermez celle-ci.
6. Réglez les roues chiffrées pour verrouiller
l'article.
Indication : pour modifier la combinaison de
chiffres, répétez les étapes 1 à 6.
