ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Remove the treadmill from the carton box, and place it on the flat ground or floor.
STEP 2: Hold #A4 Handlebar to liftup and push the #A3L/ A3R Left/ Right Uprights forward
until hearing a “clock”sound for lock #A3L/ A3R Left/ Right Uprightsinto position.
