THOMSON’s THS220 is a superb choice if you want a Digital High Deﬁnition Satellite Receiver with

elegant design and fantastic pictures and sound. Connect it to your HDTV via the HDMI output and

enjoy watching satellite TV in HD. Digital surround sound is granted for when connected to a digital

audio ampliﬁer. Standby button, volume and channel up/down buttons as well as a USB port are

nicely hidden behind the front ﬂap. Enjoy a great variety of multimedia ﬁles via USB as the THS220

supports most of the common formats. You can watch movies and photos directly on your TV or

listen to your favourite music stored on an external USB device. Software updates are possible

via satellite or USB. After a deﬁnable time the THS220 switches to standby mode and thus helps

saving power.
