PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Please read the “Use & Safety instructions“ carefully before use.
BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove all packaging material.
2. Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.
3. Thoroughly clean all plates sets with hot water, some washing-up liquid, and a non-abrasive
sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
4. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
PREPARING FOR USE
1. Place the appliance on a at, stable, heat-resistant work surface away from water splashes.
2. Position the upper and lower plates you want to use in the product.
IMPORTANT: do not activate preheating without the plates. Do not remove or install plates
while the product is hot.

USING THE APPLIANCE
1. Coat the plates lightly with cooking oil or spray.
2. Close the appliance and check that the switch (A) is set at O.
3. Connect the power supply cord to an electrical socket, ensuring that the voltage matches
the voltage indicated on the rating plate. Be careful when using the appliance. The cable
must be completely unwound.
4. Set the switch to ON (l). The preheating indicator turns red. Display shows the P1 program
by default. The screen is in preheating mode. WARNING: the product heats up as soon as
the switch is turned ON.

5. You may now select between a preset program or the manual program.
a. If choosing a preset program:
i. Select the desired preset program by clicking on
. These programs are described
in detail in the “Cooking guide” section and in the recipe book provided with
each plates set. The preheating continues until the appliance reaches the right
temperature.
b. If choosing the manual program:
i. Select the manual program by clicking on
until reaching the program. Default
temperature is set on 200°C. You can adjust it by clicking on
/. Min. 160°C, Max.
220°C. The preheating continues until the appliance reaches the right temperature.
Note: to switch to another program, simply press on
. The preheating indicator will
turn red until reaching the right temperature.
6. Once the preheating is completed, the preheating indicator turns white, and the display
shows a default time.
7. Adjust the time by clicking on
/ depending on the recipe. Min. 30 seconds, Max. 9:30.
8. Open the appliance, insert the preparation and close the appliance.
9. Launch the timer by clicking on Start (f). The remaining time is displayed on the screen.
10. When you hear the timer sound, the time set has nished. Open the appliance.
11. Check if the food is ready. If the food is not ready yet, simply close the appliance and let it
cook for a few extra time.
12. When the food is cooked, use a pair of non-metallic tongs (e.g. silicone or wooden) to
remove the food from the appliance. After cooking, the plates are very hot. Handle with
caution. Depending on the type of food cooked, be careful as steam may escape. Do not
use metal kitchen utensils to remove the food, as this may damage the non-stick coating.
13. When a batch of food is ready, the appliance is instantly ready for preparing another batch
of food.
14. If you want to reset the timer before the end of the time, press and hold the start button
(f) for 2 seconds to reset the timer.
IMPORTANT: To avoid damaging your appliance, never exceed the maximum quantities of
ingredients and liquids indicated in the instruction manual and in the recipes.
COOKING GUIDE

Note: The cooking times and programs below are only a guide and may vary according to the
variety of recipe used. The type of ingredients chosen may also aect results. Therefore, you
may need to adjust the cooking time slightly. A more precise timing is given with each recipe
in the recipe book included with each plates set.
