Thanks for choosing TEFAL Goodvibes body composition Scale. This product
employs BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) technology for your body
composition data and Bluetooth technology to connect the scale to your
smartphone. To have accurate and consistent measurement results, please use
it at the same time (preferably twice a week, 15 min after waking up) and under
same conditions. Please avoid measurements:
• During or immediately after strenuous exercises
• Immediately after a shower, bath or sauna
• With heavy alcohol consumption
• During pregnancy
• During fever
During the measurement, please stand straight and barefoot. Wearing socks or
dirty feet can aect the measurement accuracy. The scale should not be used to
diagnose or treat any medical condition. All data is for reference and can not be a
substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional.

la technologie BIA (analyse d’impédance bio-électrique) pour mesurer vos
données corporelles et la technologie Bluetooth pour se connecter à votre
smartphone. Pour avoir des résultats précis et cohérents, nous vous
recommandons d’utiliser votre balance dans les mêmes conditions et à la
même heure (de préférence deux fois par semaine, 15 min après le lever).
Evitez de vous peser :
• Pendant ou juste après une activité physique importante
• Immédiatement après la douche, le bain ou une séance de sauna
• Lorsque vous avez consommé de l’alcool
• Pendant la grossesse
• En cas de èvre
Eectuez toujours votre pesée pieds nus en vous tenant immobile sur la
balance. Le port de chaussettes ou des pieds sales peuvent perturber la
précision de la mesure. Ce produit n’est pas un dispositif médical et ne peut
en aucun cas servir à établir un diagnostique médical. Toutes les mesures sont
