Aer each use, wash the nes with hot, soapy water to prevent cross-contaminaon. 

Remove the baery when the fork is not in use for exteed periods. nd

Remove the safety caps on the nes before inserng them into the meat. 

Insert the baeries in the baery compartment, making sure that the polaries are correct, and/or ll the plasc tapu

pe to inialise the baeries for 

the me. 

Pre the ssMEAT buon to turn the fork on. Hold the MEAT buon for secos to turn it o2 nd. The fork will turn o. 

To Measure the Temperature of the Meat

1: Insert the nes halfway into the thickest part of the meat (2cm/"min). 

2: Allow 15-2secos for the fork to obtain an accurate reading. 0 nd

3: The pointer will turn on and ash to indicate the coo

king level of the meat. As the temperature of the meat

When it rises to the next level, the pointer will move to the next level a kndeep ashing. 

4: Once the pre-set taste level is reached, the temperature reading will ash, and the fork wl "bp". ilee

5: Pre the MEAT or TASTE on to clear the ashing LCD a to stop the "bping". ssbundee

6: Remove the nes from the meat. 
