Pole Mount Adaptor

Tannoy Pole Mount Adaptors facilitate the installation

and mounting of speakers onto beams, poles and posts,

providing robust support in both indoor and outdoor

applications. Pole Mount Adaptors can be used with

standard Tannoy yoke brackets or K-Ball brackets. Pole

Mount Adaptors are available in black and white or they can

be painted to match the surrounding space. The adapter

will x to poles ranging from 77 to 228 mm diameter.

Installation Using Yoke Brackets

• • Use the xings supplied with your speaker to x the

empty yoke bracket to the un-mounted pole bracket

adaptor. (Dierent speaker models require dierent

numbers of xing screws. Refer to your speakers’

documentation for details.)

• • Fix the pole mount bracket adaptor to the pole using

the strapping provided. The bracket can be mounted

in portrait or landscape orientations.

Installation Using K-Ball Brackets

• • Pass the speaker wire through the un-xed pole

mount adaptor plate.

Connect the speaker wires to the connector block in the

rear of the K-Ball bracket. (See the K-Ball documentation

for specic connection instructions.)

• • Oer the K-Ball bracket up to the adaptor plate

(if outdoors, with the foam gasket squeezed in

between, if outdoors).
