Cable para la alimentación

Antes de instalar la chapa, debes disponer de los cables que la alimentarán.

1. Retira el tornillo de la cubierta. 2. Retira la cubierta. Puedes auxiliarte con un desarmador

plano y delgado para hacer palanca.

3. Coloca un cable de 15 cm en cada una de las borneras.

Trata de que los cables sean de diferente color para

identificar la polaridad posteriormente.

Previamente a esta instalación, el marco de la puerta debe de contar con el cable de alimentación para la chapa (sin que esté energizado).

4. Pasa el cable por el orificio dispuesto a un costado del

compartimiento.

5. Coloca la cubierta y fíjala con el tornillo.

1. Usa la llave Allen de 3 mm para retirar el prisionero superior.

1. Pega la plantilla en la puerta, a la altura y con la orientación

que tiene la chapa.

Energiza la chapa con un voltaje de 12 V/24 V de corriente directa.

Cuando la corriente circule en el circuito, la chapa generará un

campo magnético para retener la contrachapa.

2. Introduce la llave en los orificios y aflójalos para retirar la

base metálica de la chapa.

Fuerza soportada: 280 kg (600 lbs)

Alimentación: 12 V --- 500 mA / 24 V --- 250 mA

2. Realiza la perforación central con una broca de 8 mm de

diámetro. 3. Realiza los orificios laterales con una broca de 5 mm, a una

profundidad de 1 cm.

4. Coloca las guías en los orificios marcados, con el chaflán

hacia abajo, y auxíliiate de un martillo para introducirlas.

6. Coloca la contrachapa en la puerta, haciendo coincidir las

guías y el tornillo en sus respectivos orificios.

Asegura la contrachapa con la tuerca M8 y aprieta con la llave

Allen de 5 mm.

5. Introduce el tornillo en la contrachapa. En el otro extremo

coloca la rondana metálica y después la plástica.

Cuida la orientación y posición de esta base para colocarla de

igual manera, posteriormente.

3. Pasa el cable de alimentación de tu sistema de apertura por

el orificio triangular. 4. Fija la base con las 8 pijas de ¾ en los orificios indicados. 5. Conecta los cables de alimentación de tu sistema de

apertura con los cables que instalaste anteriormente en la

chapa.

6. Acomoda el cable y coloca la chapa en la base. 8. Coloca el prisionero nuevamente.

7. Fija la chapa con la base, apretando los tornillos que

aflojaste anteriormente.

Cable for feeding

Before installing the sheet, you must have the cables that will feed it.

1. Remove the screw from the cover. 2. Remove the cover. You can help with a flat, thin screwdri-

ver to pry.

3. Place a 15 cm cable in each of the terminals. Try that the

wires are of different colors to identify the polarity later.

Prior to this installation, the door frame must have the power cable for the sheet (without being energized).

4. Pass the cable through the hole on the side of the

compartment.

5. Place the cover and fix it with the screw.

1. Use the 3mm Allen wrench to remove the upper stud.

1. Stick the template on the door, at the height and with the

orientation of the sheet.

Energizes the sheet with a voltage of 12 V / 24 V direct current.

When the current circulates in the circuit, the sheet will generate a

magnetic field to retain the counter plate.

2. Insert the key into the holes and loosen them to remove the

metal base from the sheet.

Supported force: 280 kg (600 lbs)

Input: 12 V --- 500 mA / 24 V --- 250 mA

2. Perform the central drilling with an 8 mm diameter drill bit. 3. Make the side holes with a 5 mm drill, to a depth of 1 cm.

4. Place the guides in the marked holes, with the chamfer

down, and auxilialiiate a hammer to introduce them.

6. Place the counter plate on the door, making the guides and

the screw coincide in their respective holes.

Secure the backing with the M8 nut and tighten with the 5 mm

Allen key.

5. Insert the screw into the backing. At the other end, place the

metal washer and then the plastic one.

Take care of the orientation and position of this base to place it

in the same way, later.

3. Pass the power cable of your opening system through the

triangular hole. 4. Fix the base with the 8 screws of ¾ in the indicated holes. 5. Connect the power cables of your opening system with the

cables you installed previously in the sheet.

6. Arrange the cable and place the sheet in the base. 8. Place the prisoner again.

7. Fix the plate with the base, tightening the screws that you

loosened previously.
