If the unit is suddenly taken from a cold to a warm location, or if ambient
temperature suddenly rises, moisture may form on the outer surface
of the unit and/or inside of the unit. This is known as condensation. If
condensation occurs, turn off the unit and wait until the condensation
clears before operating the unit. Operating the unit while condensation
is present may damage the unit.

When operating at room temperature, a normal replacement cycle will

This product is an HD video and 4K video compatible option board that
can convert in either direction between SDI signals, sent and received
from video input/output connectors (eight on NXLK-IP50Y, four on NXLK-
IP51Y) and IP video streams.

To use this unit, settings must be configured according to the installation

Status Indicator
The following states of the unit are indicated by the status indicator of
the NXL-FR316.

You can extend the functionality of the unit by installing the following
software licenses. For details, consult your Sony service or sales
representative.
NXLL-SN50 SNMP Agent Software
Supports remote operation using the SNMP protocol.
Software version V2.00 or later can be installed on the unit.
NXLL-AM50 Audio Delay & Channel Mapping Software
Supports delay of an audio stream received from a network, and output
to SDI connectors or a network. For output, the received audio stream
channels can be mapped to 16 output audio channels.
Software version V2.30 or later can be installed on the unit.
NXLL-MC50 Multi Format Converter Software
Supports QFHD up-converted or HD down-converted video signal
output. Simultaneously, SDR/HDR conversion and color correction
functions are supported.
Software version V2.00 or later can be installed on the unit.
NXLL-JE50 JPEG XS Encoder Software
Supports encoding of SDI input signals or uncompressed video signals
received on a network to JPEG XS video signals for transmission on the
network.
Software version V3.10 or later can be installed on the unit.
NXLL-JD50 JPEG XS Decoder Software
Supports decoding of JPEG XS video signals received on a network to SDI
output signals or uncompressed video signals.
