For use with the PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) system and GPS receiver
Precautions
• Before using this product, carefully read this manual and retain it
for future reference. Also refer to the instructions for your PSP™
(PlayStation®Portable)system.
• Make sure you install the cradle securely in accordance with these
installation instructions. Attach the PSP™ system to the cradle and
ensurethatthecradleisrmlymountedonthewindscreen.
• DonotusewithproductsotherthanthePSP™system.
• Neverdisassembleormodifythisproduct.
• Donotthrowordropthisproduct,orphysicallydamageitinanyway.
• Do not install this product over an airbag cover or within the airbag
deploymentzone.
• The PSP™ system should never be operated by a driver whilst the
vehicleisinmotion.
• Cradleshouldnotobstructdriver’snormallineofvision.
• Cradle should be positioned to enable driver to view PSP™ system
withouttakingtheireyesofftheroadforalongperiodoftime.
• Nothinginthismanualshallaffectanystatutoryrightsandremediesthe
consumermayhaveinrespectofthisproductinanyway.
• Insert and remove the PSP™ system carefully from the cradle to avoid
scratchingordamage.Thespacerinsertsmustonlybeusedwheninsertinga
PSP-2000seriessystemintothecradle.DonotattempttoinsertaPSP-1000
seriessystemintoacradlewiththespacerinsertsinplace.
Installing on the Windscreen
Step1. Pushthepedestalsuctioncup(1)rmlytothewindscreen.Flipthe
lever(2)uptosecurethesuctioncup.
Pedestal and T-Tab Head Instructions
Step1. Adjusttheangleofthearmbylooseningtheadjustmentknob(3).
Step2. Adjusttheangleandrotationofthepedestalheadbylooseningthe
tighteningknob(4).
Step3. AttachthecradletotheT-tabhead(5)byinsertingtheT-tabsinto
theT-slots(6).
Cradle Instructions for PSP-2000 Series
Step1. InsertthePSP™systemintothecradlebyslidingitstraightdown
untilitrestsonthesupportlegs(7).
Cradle Instructions for PSP-1000 Series
Step1. Remove the spacer inserts* (8) bypushing them up until they
detachfromthecradle.Thiscreatesenoughspacetoaccommodate
thePSP-1000seriessystem.
Step2. Follow Step 1 of ‘Cradle Instructions for PSP-2000 Series’ as
outlinedpreviously.
