Pour Ă©viter toute consommation inutile dâĂ©nergie,
dĂ©branchez cet appareil de lâallume-cigare quand vous ne
lâutilisez pas.
Lorsque vous coupez le moteur du véhicule
DĂ©branchez cet appareil de lâallume-cigare dĂšs que le moteur
du véhicule est coupé. Selon le type de véhicule,
lâalimentation nâest pas coupĂ©e automatiquement mĂȘme si le
moteur est coupé. Dans ce cas, cela peut entraßner une
consommation inutile de la batterie du véhicule.

î Veillez Ă bien brancher cet appareil dans lâallume-cigare.

Remplacement du fusible
Si cet appareil ne fonctionne pas correctement, vérifiez le
fusible de la fiche de lâallume-cigare.

1 Retirez cette partie de la fiche de lâallume-
cigare.
2 DĂ©tachez lâextrĂ©mitĂ© de la fiche en la tournant
dans le sens anti-horaire.
3 Retirez le fusible.
4 VĂ©rifiez le fusible.
Si le fusible a fondu, passez Ă lâĂ©tape 5.
Si le fusible nâa pas fondu, passez Ă lâĂ©tape 6.
5 Installez un nouveau fusible.
Utilisez un fusible dâune intensitĂ© correcte, comme indiquĂ©
sur le compartiment Ă fusible de cet appareil (1 A, 125 V,
20 mm).
6 Insérez le fusible.
7 Remettez lâextrĂ©mitĂ© de la fiche en place en la
tournant Ă fond dans le sens horaire.
Remarques
î Lâutilisation dâun fusible dâune intensitĂ© supĂ©rieure peut
provoquer des dommages ou un incendie.
î Nâutilisez pas un morceau de fil Ă©lectrique pour remplacer le
fusible.
î Si le fusible fond Ă nouveau, consultez votre revendeur.

3 Stellen Sie am GerÀt den Ladevorgang ein.
Bei einigen GerÀten ist es nicht erforderlich, den
Ladevorgang einzustellen. (Schlagen Sie dazu bitte in der
Bedienungsanleitung zum GerÀt nach.)
Wenn Sie den USB-Autobatterie-Ladeadapter
nicht verwenden
Damit der Autobatterie nicht unnötig Strom entzogen wird,
trennen Sie das GerĂ€t von der ZigarettenanzĂŒnderbuchse,
wenn es nicht verwendet wird.
Wenn Sie den Motor abstellen
Trennen Sie das GerĂ€t von der ZigarettenanzĂŒnderbuchse,
wenn der Motor nicht lÀuft. Je nach Automodell schaltet
sich die Stromversorgung bei abgestelltem Motor
möglicherweise nicht automatisch aus. In diesem Fall
könnte der Autobatterie unnötig Strom entzogen werden.
Hinweise
î Stecken Sie das GerĂ€t fest in die ZigarettenanzĂŒnderbuchse.
î Je nach Lage und Form der ZigarettenanzĂŒnderbuchse lĂ€sst
sich das GerĂ€t möglicherweise nicht anschlieĂen.
î Sichern Sie das angeschlossene GerĂ€t so, dass es auch bei
plötzlichem Bremsen nicht im Auto herumfliegt.
î Verlegen Sie das USB-Kabel unbedingt so, dass es beim Fahren

eingeklemmt und beschÀdigt werden kann.

Fehlfunktionen kommen und die Kabeladern können
abreiĂen.
î Verwenden Sie das GerĂ€t nicht an einem Ort, an dem es NĂ€sse
oder hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit ausgesetzt ist. Andernfalls besteht
Feuergefahr oder die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags.
î Der einwandfreie Betrieb kann bei Verwendung eines USB-

Austauschen der Sicherung

1 Ziehen Sie das GerÀt aus der
ZigarettenanzĂŒnderbuchse.
2 Drehen Sie die Spitze des Steckers gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn und nehmen Sie sie ab.
3 Nehmen Sie die Sicherung heraus.
4 ĂberprĂŒfen Sie die Sicherung.
Wenn die Sicherung durchgebrannt ist, fahren Sie mit
Schritt 5 fort.
Wenn die Sicherung nicht durchgebrannt ist, fahren Sie mit
Schritt 6 fort.
5 Setzen Sie eine neue Sicherung ein.
Verwenden Sie eine Sicherung mit dem richtigen Ampere-
Wert. Dieser ist im Sicherungsfach des GerÀts angegeben
(1 A, 125 V, 20 mm).
6 Setzen Sie die Sicherung ein.
7 Bringen Sie die Steckerspitze wieder an und
drehen Sie sie im Uhrzeigersinn gut fest.
Hinweise
î Bei einer Sicherung mit einem höheren Ampere-Wert kann es
zu schweren SchÀden kommen und es besteht Feuergefahr.
î Verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall ein StĂŒck Draht anstelle einer
Sicherung.
î Wenn die neue Sicherung erneut durchbrennt, wenden Sie sich

î Unplug the unit from the cigarette lighter socket if it is not to
be used. To disconnect the unit, grasp the unit and pull it.

Installation
Do not place the USB charging car battery adaptor in a
location where it is:

Operation
î Make sure the current and voltage of the USB rechargeable
device match the outlet.
î For safety, if the input current is too high, the unit will
automatically shut down.
î To prevent damage, be careful not to drop or otherwise cause a
mechanical shock to the unit.
î After using, disconnect the unit from the cigarette lighter
socket and the equipment.

Disconnect the unit from the cigarette lighter socket by grasping
the unit itself. Do not pull on the cord connected to the unit.
î To avoid short-circuiting, do not allow the terminals of the
unit or connector to touch any metal object.
î Note that data stored in the portable AV (Audio/Video) device
connected to this unit may be lost or damaged if the engine is
started or stopped with this unit inserted into the cigarette

Cleaning
î Clean the unit with a soft, dry cloth. If the unit is very dirty,
wipe it off with a soft cloth lightly moistened with a mild
detergent solution, and then wipe with a soft dry cloth.
î Do not use any type of solvent such as alcohol, thinner, or
benzine as it may damage the finish of the unit.
î If you use any chemical cleaner, observe the instructions
provided with the product.
î If the exterior of the unit is splashed with any type of solvent
such as insecticide, or remains in contact for a long time with
rubber or vinyl, the finish of the exterior may be damaged.
How to Use
Be sure to charge the device with the engine of the car
running. If the unit is left plugged into the cigarette lighter
socket when the engine is not running, power may be
consumed from the car battery.

2 Connect the USB charging car battery adaptor
to a portable USB rechargeable AV (Audio/
Video) device (âWALKMANâ*, etc.) using the
USB cable supplied with the device.
Install the device in a safe place.

adaptor
To avoid unnecessary car battery consumption, unplug this
unit from the cigarette lighter socket when not in use.
When you turn the car engine off
Unplug this unit from the cigarette lighter socket whenever
the engine of the car is not running. Depending on the car
type, even if the engine is off, the power supply may not turn
off automatically. In this case, this may cause unnecessary
car battery consumption.
Notes
î Plug securely into the cigarette lighter socket.
î This unit may not fit, depending on the location or shape of
the cigarette lighter socket.
î Secure the connected device so that it will not move in the
event of sudden braking.
î Be careful to route the USB cable so that it will not interfere
with driving, become entangled with passenger movements, or
be damaged by seat adjustments, etc.
î Never yank or pull the USB cable connected to the unit. This
may cause malfunctions or wire breaks.
î Do not use the device in a place subject to liquid or moisture
to avoid fire or electric shock.
î Performance is not guaranteed in case of using an USB hub or
USB extension cable. Follow the connection method
designated by the portable AV (Audio/Video) device

î This unit may become warm while using. This is not a

Fuse replacement
If this unit does not work correctly, check the fuse in the
cigarette lighter plug.
If the fuse is blown, replace it.

2 Detach the end of the plug by turning it
anti-clockwise.
3 Take out the fuse.
4 Check the fuse.
If the fuse is blown, go to Step 5.
If no fuse is blown, go to Step 6.
5 Install a new fuse.
Use a fuse of the correct amperage, as stated on the fuse
compartment of this unit (1 A, 125 V, 20 mm).
6 Insert the fuse.
7 Reattach the end of the plug by turning it
clockwise firmly.
Notes
î Use of a higher amperage fuse may cause serious damage or
fire.
î Do not use a piece of wire instead of a fuse.
î If the replaced fuse blows again, consult your dealer.

Reinigung
î Reinigen Sie das System mit einem weichen, trockenen Tuch.
Bei hartnÀckiger Verschmutzung reinigen Sie es mit einem
weichen Tuch, das Sie leicht mit einer milden
Reinigungslösung angefeuchtet haben, und reiben es
anschlieĂend mit einem weichen Tuch trocken.
î Verwenden Sie keine Lösungsmittel wie Alkohol, VerdĂŒnnung
oder Benzin. Diese könnten die OberflÀche des GehÀuses

î Wenn Sie ein chemisches Reinigungsmittel verwenden,

3 Stel het apparaat in voor opladen.
Wellicht hoeft het apparaat niet te worden ingesteld voor

niet gebruikt
Koppel dit apparaat los van de aanstekeraansluiting als het
niet wordt gebruikt. Zo voorkomt u onnodig
stroomverbruik via de auto-accu.
Wanneer u de motor van de auto uitzet
Koppel dit apparaat los van de aanstekeraansluiting wanneer
de motor van de auto niet loopt. Afhankelijk van de auto
wordt de stroomvoorziening wellicht niet automatisch
uitgeschakeld, zelfs niet als de motor is uitgezet. In dit geval
kan dit onnodig stroomverbruik via de auto-accu tot gevolg
hebben.
Opmerkingen
î Sluit goed aan op de aanstekeraansluiting.
î Mogelijk past dit apparaat niet, afhankelijk van de locatie of
vorm van de aanstekeraansluiting.
î Maak het aangesloten apparaat goed vast zodat het apparaat

Zekering vervangen
Als het apparaat niet goed werkt, controleert u de zekering
in de aanstekeraansluiting.
Als de zekering is doorgebrand, moet u deze vervangen.

2 Draai de bovenkant van de
aanstekeraansluiting linksom om deze los te
maken.
3 Verwijder de zekering.
4 Controleer de zekering.
Als de zekering is doorgebrand, gaat u naar stap 5.
Als de zekering niet is doorgebrand, gaat u naar stap 6.
5 Installeer een nieuwe zekering.
Gebruik een zekering met de juiste stroomsterkte, zoals
wordt aangegeven op de zekeringhouder van dit apparaat
(1 A, 125 V, 20 mm).
6 Plaats de zekering.
7 Draai de
bovenkant van de aanstekeraansluiting
rechtsom om deze goed vast te maken.

Pulizia
î Pulire lâapparecchio con un panno morbido e asciutto. Se
lâapparecchio presenta sporcizia persistente, pulirlo con un
panno morbido leggermente inumidito con una soluzione
detergente neutra quindi asciugarlo con un panno morbido
asciutto.
î Non utilizzare alcun tipo di solvente, ad esempio alcool,
solvente o benzina, che potrebbe danneggiare il rivestimento

î Se vengono utilizzati prodotti di pulizia chimici, seguire le

Uso

Bediening

î Laat het apparaat niet vallen of stel het apparaat niet op een

Reinigen

Quando il motore dellâauto viene spento
Scollegare il presente apparecchio dalla presa
dellâaccendisigari ogni volta che il motore dellâauto viene
spento. A seconda del tipo di auto, anche se il motore Ăš
spento, Ăš possibile che lâalimentazione non venga interrotta
automaticamente. In tal caso, si potrebbe verificare un
inutile consumo della batteria dellâauto.

Funcionamiento

Limpieza
î Limpie la unidad con un paño suave y seco. Si estĂĄ muy sucia,

solución de detergente poco concentrada y séquela con un

î No utilice disolventes como alcohol, diluyentes o bencina, ya
que podrĂan dañar el acabado de la unidad.

de disolvente, como insecticidas, o si permanece en contacto

Modo de empleo
AsegĂșrese de cargar el dispositivo con el motor del
automĂłvil en marcha. Si deja la unidad enchufada en la
toma del encendedor con el motor apagado, es posible que
se consuma la baterĂa del automĂłvil.

1 Introduzca el adaptador para baterĂas de
automĂłvil de carga USB en la toma del

2 Conecte el adaptador para baterĂas de
automĂłvil de carga USB a un dispositivo AV
(Audio/VĂdeo) portĂĄtil recargable
(âWALKMANâ*, etc.) mediante el cable USB

Instale el dispositivo en un lugar seguro.

Mientras no utilice el adaptador para baterĂas de

Para evitar el consumo innecesario de la baterĂa del
automĂłvil, desconecte la unidad de la toma del encendedor
mientras no la utilice.
Si apaga el motor del automĂłvil
Desconecte la unidad de la toma del encendedor cuando el
motor del automĂłvil no estĂ© en funcionamiento. SegĂșn el
tipo de automĂłvil, es posible que la fuente de alimentaciĂłn
no se apague automåticamente aunque el motor esté
apagado. En este caso, es posible que se produzca un
consumo innecesario de la baterĂa del automĂłvil.
Notas
î Conecte la unidad con firmeza en la toma del encendedor.
î SegĂșn la ubicaciĂłn o forma de la toma del encendedor, es
posible que la unidad no se pueda acoplar.
î Fije el dispositivo conectado de modo que no se mueva en caso
de frenada repentina.
î Procure pasar el cable USB de modo que no interfiera con la
conducciĂłn, no se enrede con los movimientos de los
pasajeros, no se dañe al ajustar el asiento, etc.
î No tire nunca del cable USB conectado a la unidad, ya que, de
lo contrario, es posible que se produzcan fallos de
funcionamiento o la rotura del cable.
î Para evitar incendios y descargas elĂ©ctricas, no utilice el
dispositivo en lugares expuestos a lĂquidos o humedad.
î No se garantiza el funcionamiento en caso de utilizaciĂłn de un
concentrador USB o un cable prolongador USB. Siga el
método de conexión designado por el dispositivo AV (Audio/
VĂdeo) portĂĄtil (âWALKMANâ, etc.).
î Es posible que la unidad se caliente con el uso. No se trata de
un fallo de funcionamiento.

Si la unidad no funciona correctamente, compruebe el
fusible situado en la clavija del encendedor.

2 Gire el extremo de la clavija hacia la izquierda
para separarla.
3 Extraiga el fusible.
4 Compruebe el fusible.
Si estĂĄ fundido, dirĂjase al paso 5.
Si no estĂĄ fundido, dirĂjase al paso 6.
5 Instale un nuevo fusible.
Utilice un fusible del amperaje correcto segĂșn se indica en el
compartimiento para fusibles de esta unidad (1 A, 125 V,
20 mm).
6 Introduzca el fusible.
7 Gire el extremo de la clavija hacia la derecha
firmemente para volver a instalarla.

î La utilizaciĂłn de un fusible de amperaje superior puede causar
daños graves o un incendio.
î No utilice un trozo de cable en lugar de un fusible.
î Si el fusible sustituido vuelve a fundirse, pĂłngase en contacto
