• DICAR può essere utilizzato su tutti i piani di cottura Smeg.

UTILIZZO

• È consigliato per evitare che soffritti, ragù, sughi ed intingoli non brucino, evitando così

di doverli mescolare di continuo.

• Per l’utilizzo, è sufficiente posizionare DICAR con la superficie smaltata rivolta verso

l’alto, sopra la griglia dei fuochi ausiliario o semirapido.

• Il materiale con cui è realizzato DICAR, permette di mantenere un’alta temperatura

anche dopo aver spento il fuoco. Quindi, è possibile ridurre i consumi, chiudendo il

gas a cottura quasi ultimata.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

• Una pulizia regolare e costante, permette di mantenere inalterato l’aspetto del

diffusore per lungo tempo.

• Attendere che il diffusore sia freddo o tiepido, prima di iniziare le fasi della pulizia.

• Pulire obbligatoriamente con spugne e detersivi non abrasivi, in modo da non alterare

lo smalto.

• Dopo la pulizia, attendere che il diffusore sia completamente asciutto, prima di

riutilizzarlo.

• Non lavare in lavastoviglie.

• The DICAR can be used on all Smeg 60 hobs.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• It is recommended to ensure that slow-fried dishes and meat and other sauces will not

burn, without having to stir them constantly.

• To use, simply place the DICAR on the auxiliary or semi-rapid burner with its glazed

surface facing upward.

• The material the DICAR is made from allows a high temperature to be maintained

even after the burner is turned off. It thus allows energy saving, since the gas can be

turned off when foods are still not quite cooked.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Regular, thorough cleaning will keep the diffuser looking good in the long-term.

• Wait for the diffuser to cool to lukewarm or cold before starting to clean.

• Always clean with non-abrasive sponges and detergents to avoid damaging the glaze.

• After cleaning, wait for the diffuser to dry completely before reusing.

• Never wash in the dishwasher.
