• Ensure the drill bit used is designed for the xing surface.

• If attempting to x the Anchor into a softer surface such as tarmac, paving stones, gravel or grass, it is

recommended that a rmer, more solid foundation be created to mount the Anchor securely.

Intended Use

Hardened steel plate ground anchor. For securing vehicles, tools or other outdoor equipment using cables

or chains.

Unpacking Your Tool

• Carefully unpack and inspect your product. Fully familiarise yourself with all its features and functions

• Ensure all parts of the product are present and in good condition. If any parts are missing or damaged,

have such parts replaced before attempting to use this product

Before Use

Fitting instructions

• Where possible, try installing the ground anchor in a position that would be difcult to access, such as a

corner location

• Avoid positioning the anchor where it would be a trip hazard

• Do not drill the anchor into a paving ag, which can be broken easily or lifted with the anchor attached

1. Place the anchor on a solid surface in the desired tting position

2. Mark out the two holes using the anchor as a template ready for drilling (Fig. I)

3. Remove the anchor and drill the marked xing holes to a minimum depth of 70mm using a 16mm drill

bit (Fig. II)

Déballage

• Déballez le produit avec soin. Veillez à retirer tout le matériau d’emballage et familiarisez-vous avec

toutes les caractéristiques du produit.

• Si des pièces s’avéraient endommagées ou manquantes, faites-les remplacer avant d’utiliser l’appareil.

Avant utilisation

Instructions de montage

• Si possible, essayez d’installer le bloc d’ancrage au sol dans une position difcilement accessible, tel

qu’un coin.

• Évitez de placer le bloc d’ancrage dans un endroit où quelqu’un pourrait trébucher.

• N’installez pas le bloc d’ancrage en forant une dalle de pavage, car elle pourrait facilement casser ou se

soulever avec le bloc d’ancrage attaché.

1. Placez le bloc d’ancrage sur une surface solide dans la position de montage souhaitée.

Note: Ensure the correct type of drill bit for the material being drilled is selected before drilling.

4. Insert the Bolts (3) into the Sleeves (4) and screw until the countersunk head touches the Sleeve

5. Carefully drive the Sleeves into the holes until the Sleeve is ush with the surface of the concrete (Fig. III)

6. Remove the Bolts from the sleeves

7. Place the anchor in position and pass the Bolts through the installation holes on each side of the anchor

8. Tighten the Bolts using a 6mm hex key (not supplied) to secure the anchor in position (Fig. IV)

9. Drive the Ball Bearings (2) into the centre of the hex Bolts using a hammer; this will prevent the Bolts

being drill or extracted (Fig. V)

4. Insérez les boulons (3) dans les manchons (4) et vissez jusqu’à ce que la tête fraisée touche le manchon.

5. Placez les manchons avec précaution dans les trous jusqu’à ce que le manchon afeure la surface du

béton (Fig. III).

6. Retirez les boulons des manchons.

7. Placez le bloc d’ancrage en position et passez les boulons par les trous de montage de chaque côté du

bloc d’ancrage.

8. Serrez les boulons à l’aide d’une clé hexagonale de 6 mm (non fournie) an de sécuriser l’ancrage en

position (Fig. IV).

9. Placez les roulements à bille (2) au centre des boulons hexagonaux à l’aide d’un marteau ; cela permettra

d’éviter de percer ou extraire les boulons (Fig. V).

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Ankerplatte aus gehärtetem Stahl zum Anschließen von Stahlseilen und -ketten zur Sicherung von

Fahrzeugen, Werkzeugen, Gartengeräten und Gartenmöbeln.

Auspacken des Produkts

• Packen Sie Ihr Produkt vorsichtig aus und überprüfen Sie es. Machen Sie sich vollständig mit all seinen

Eigenschaften und Funktionen vertraut.

• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sämtliche Teile des Produkts vorhanden und in einwandfreiem Zustand sind.

Vor Inbetriebnahme

Montage

• Installieren Sie den Bodenanker an einer Stelle, die schwer zugänglich ist, wie z.B. in Ecken.

• Positionieren Sie den Bodenanker so, dass er keine Stolpergefahr darstellt.

• Befestigen Sie den Bodenanker nicht an einer Boden- oder Terrassenplatte, die einfach mitsamt dem

Anker angehoben werden kann.

1. Positionieren Sie den Bodenanker auf festem Untergrund an gewünschter Stelle.

2. Markieren Sie zwei Bohrlöcher, indem Sie den Bodenanker als Schablone benutzen (siehe Abb. I).

3. Bohren Sie nun mithilfe eines 16-mm-Bohrers Löcher mit einer Mindesttiefe von 70 mm in den

Untergrund (Abb. II).

Hinweis: Achten Sie darauf, dass sich der verwendete Bohrer zum Bohren in das Material eignet.

4. Setzen Sie die Bolzenschrauben (4) in die Bolzenhülsen (3) ein und schrauben Sie diese in die

Bohrlöcher, bis die Schraubenköpfe die Hülsen berühren.

5. Ziehen Sie die Hülsen soweit an, bis sie bündig mit der Betonoberäche sind (Abb. III).

6. Nehmen Sie die Bolzenschrauben aus den Hülsen.

7. Positionieren Sie die Ankerplatte und stecken Sie nun die Bolzenschrauben durch die beidseitigen

Montagelöcher der Ankerplatte.

8. Ziehen Sie die Bolzenschrauben mit einem 6-mm-Sechskantschlüssel (nicht mitgeliefert) an, um die

Ankerplatter zu sichern (Abb. IV).

9. Treiben Sie die Stahlkugeln (2) mithilfe eines Hammers in die Bolzenköpfe ein. Dies verhindert ein

Ausschrauben und Entfernen der Bolzen (Abb. V).

• Assicurarsi del fatto che tutte le parti siano presenti e in buone condizioni. In caso di parti mancanti o

danneggiate, sostituire tali parti prima di utilizzare

Istruzioni di montaggio

• Si raccomanda di installare la piastra in una zona di difcile accesso, come ad esempio un angolo.

• Non posizionare mai in una zona di passaggio o in un qualsiasi posto in cui potrebbe costituire un

pericolo di inciampo.

• Non posizionare mai su suoli pavimentati in quanto ciò potrebbe causarne la rottura.

op een hoeklocatie.

• Vermijd om het anker te plaatsen waar er struikelgevaar zou kunnen ontstaan.

• Boor het anker niet in dektegels omdat deze gemakkelijk breken of samen met het anker opgetild

kunnen worden.

innych urządzeń zewnętrznych za pomocą lin lub łańcuchów.

Rozpakowanie narzędzia

• Ostrożnie rozpakuj i sprawdź narzędzie. Zapoznaj się wszystkimi mechanizmami i funkcjami.

• Upewnij się, że narzędzie zawiera wszystkie części i są one w dobrym stanie. Jeśli brakuje pewnych części

lub są one uszkodzone, należy uzupełnić lub wymienić je przed rozpoczęciem korzystania z narzędzia.

Przygotowanie do eksploatacji

2. Zaznaczyć dwa otwory, które mają być wywiercone, korzystając z kotwy jako szablonu (rys. I)

3. Odłożyć kotwę na bok i w oznaczonych miejscach wywiercić otwory mocujące na minimalną głębokość 70

mm przy użyciu wiertła 16 mm (rys. II)

1. Coloque el anclaje sobre una supercie rígida y segura.

2. Marque los dos oricios sobre la supercie antes de realizar los agujeros (Fig. I).

3. Realice los agujeros utilizando una broca de 16 mm con ajuste mínimo de profundidad de 70 mm (Fig.

II).

Nota: Asegúrese de que la broca para perforar la supercie sea adecuada para el material utilizado.

4. Introduzca los pernos (3) en los tacos metálicos (4).

5. Introduzca el perno con el taco metálico en los oricios hasta que los tacos estén a ras de la supercie

(Fig. III).

6. Retire los pernos del taco metálico.

7. Alinee el anclaje con los agujeros e introduzca los pernos.

8. Utilice una llave hexagonal de 6 mm (no suministrada) para apretar los pernos (Fig. IV).

9. Utilice un martillo para colocar la bolas de acero (2) en el centro del perno hexagonal. Esto evitará que se

pueda perforar o extraer el perno. (Fig. V).

1. Posizionare la piastra su una supercie solida e sicura.

NB: Assicurarsi del fatto che la punta del trapano sia adatta al materiale che si intende trapanare prima di

iniziare a perforare.

4. Inserire i bulloni (3) nei corpi ancoranti (4) .

5. Introdurre I corpi ancoranti nei fori no ad arrivare allo stesso livello della parete (Fig. III).

6. Rimuovere i bulloni dai corpi ancoranti.

7. Allineare i corpi ancoranti con I fori e introdurre I bulloni.

8. Stringere i bulloni utilizzando la chiave esagonale da 6 mm (non in dotazione) (Fig. IV).

9. Utilizzare un martello per collocare la sfera in acciaio (2) al centro dei bulloni esagonali. Ciò eviterà che si

possa perforare o estrarre i bulloni (Fig. V).

1. Plaats het anker op een stevig oppervlak in de gewenste aanbrengpositie.

2. Markeer twee gaten door gebruik te maken van het anker als sjabloon, klaar om te boren (Fig. I).

3. Verwijder het anker en boor de gemarkeerde bevestigingsgaten tot een minimum diepte van 70 mm

door gebruik te maken van een 16 mm boorbit (Fig. II).

Opmerking: Zorg ervoor dat u voorafgaand aan het boren het voor het materiaal waarin u boort geschikte

type boorbit selecteert.

4. Plaats de bouten (3) in de hulzen (4) en schroef aan tot de contra-verzonken kop contact maakt met de

huls

5. Breng de hulzen voorzicht aan in de gaten tot ze in hetzelfde vlak liggen als het oppervlak van het beton

(Fig. III).

6. Verwijder de bouten uit de hulzen.

7. Plaats het anker in de juiste positie en voer de bouten door de installatiegaten langs beide zijden van het

anker.

8. Span de bouten aan met behulp van een 6 mm zeskantsleutel (niet meegeleverd) om het anker in de

correcte positie vast te zetten.(Fig. IV).

9. Sla het rollager (2) in het centrum van de zeskantbouten met behulp van een hamer; dit voorkomt dat de

bouten kunnen uitgeboord of verwijderd worden (Fig. V).

4. Włożyć śruby (3) do tulei (4) i dokręcić, aż śruba z łbem stożkowym stykać będzie się z tuleją.

5. Ostrożnie wsunąć tuleje w otwory do momentu, aż będzie ona równa z powierzchnią betonu (Rys. III)

6. Wykręcić śruby z tulei

7. Umieścić kotwę w odpowiednim położeniu i wkręcić śruby przez otwory montażowe po każdej stronie

kotwy

8. Dokręcić śruby za pomocą klucza imbusowego 6 mm (nie dołączonego), aby ostatecznie zamocować

kotwę (Rys. IV)

9. Używając młotka wbić kulki łożyskowe (2) w środki sześciokątnych gniazd śrub (pod klucz imbusowy).

Uniemożliwi to rozwiercenie śrub lub ich wykręcenie (Rys. V)
