IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1) We recommend saving the original shipping cardboard box, packaging material, receipt

and warranty card at least for the duration of the validity of the warranty policy. In case of

transportation, pack the product using the original packaging materials only.

2) This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,

sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given

supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

3) Children should be supervised to ensure that they will play with the appliance.

4) Before connecting the appliance to the wall outlet, make sure the voltage stated on the label

corresponds with the voltage in your wall outlet.

5) Never use accessories, which have not been supplied with this appliance or which are not

designed for this appliance.

6) Do not spray the device with water or any other liquid. Do not pour water or any other liquids

into the vacuum cleaner. Do not submerge the appliance under water or any other liquid.

7) Do not use the vacuum cleaner near bathtub or shower.

8) If the appliance is being used, do not block its air input and output openings. Blocked air vents

may cause overheating and motor damage.

9) If the vacuum cleaner is not used, turn it off and disconnect the supply cable from the wall outlet.

Prior to cleaning, proceed in the same manner.

10) Vacuuming objects mentioned below may damage your appliance or cause injuries to operating

person:

• wet ﬂ oor, water or other liquids,

• any sort of sharp objects such as needles, pins,

• burning cigarettes, or smouldering pieces, matches or any other ﬂ ammable or volatile liquids

(e.g. gasoline, paint thinners, etc.)

• baking ﬂ our, cement or cleaning dust during wall drilling

11) Pulling the supply cable from the wall power outlet by force may cause damages.

12) In order to avoid damages to furniture or injuries to persons, hold the cable in your hands as it

winds up.

13) In order to avoid deformation or ﬁ re of plastic components of the vacuum cleaner, do not expose

the vacuum to direct sunlight, do not place it close to heaters, open ﬁ re or other sources of heat

and do not leave the vacuum cleaner operating for too long, if the air input is blocked.

14) Do not vacuum larger pieces of paper or plastic bags. They may easily clog the pipe or hose. In

case the vacuum becomes clogged for any reason, turn it off by removing the supply cable from

the wall outlet and clean the pipe or hose.

15) Do not use the appliance in an environment with excessive dust.

16) In order to avoid damaging the hose, do not step on it or bend it with force. Do not use the

vacuum if the hose is bent or damaged in any other way.

17) Do not place the electric cord near hot surfaces, or over sharp objects. Do not place heavy objects

on the cable, position the cable so that it is not stepped on, or tripped over. Make sure the

electric cord is not touching any hot surface.

18) If the supply cable of the vacuum is damaged, have an authorised service or qualiﬁ ed person

replaced it, in order to prevent dangerous situations. It is forbidden to use the vacuum if it has

a damaged electric supply cable or plug.

19) In no case should you attempt to repair the unit yourself, do not make any amendments to it

– danger of electric shock. Entrust all repairs and adjustments to a specialised company/service.

Failure to do so will void the warranty policy.

20) Never use the vacuum cleaner without the protective motor ﬁ lter, output ﬁ lter or without the

dust container installed.

21) Pay extra attention if the vacuum is used near children. Always place the vacuum away from the

reach of children.

22) This appliance is designed for household use. Do not use in industrial surroundings or outdoors!

23) Do not use the appliance for other purposes than intended.
