OPERATION

Power On: -Pressandreleasemultifunctionbutton(MFB)(withpromptsound).

Power O: PressandholdtheMFBfor10seconds(withpromptsound).

Play/Pause: Click MFB once.

Track Forward: ClickMFBtwice.

Track Back: Click MFB three times.

Volume Control: Press “+” or “-” button to increase or decrease volume.

Unitwillemitsoundpromptwhenmax.volumeisreached.

Reset: Press both “Vol +” and “Vol -” button at the same time.

Auto Shut-o: BOOMBOTTLE+willshutdownautomaticallywithnowireless

audio playback or 3.5mm AUX connection after 30 minutes.

Re-Pairing:WhentheunitispoweredonpressandholdtheMFBfor3

DUAL PAIRING (2 speaker units)

BOOMBOTTLE+ supports true

wireless stereo function with a second unit (sold separately).BOOMBOTTLE+

1.OpenwaterproofcoverandplacetheL/S/Rswitchintothe“S”(stereo)

 positiononbothspeakers.Leavewaterproofcoveropenuntilthepairing

process is complete.

2. PowerontwoboomBOTTLE+speakerunitsatthesame

 timebypressingandreleasingeachunit'sMFB.Place

one speaker in the L (left channel) position, and place the

other speaker in the R (right channel) position. Both

 speakerswillautomaticallypairtoeachother.

3. Take the speaker that is in the L position and hold the MFB

 for3secondsandrelease.Acontinuoussoundpromptwill

indicate the unit is in pairing mode.

Select“boomBOTTLE+”fromyourmusicdevice.Thetwospeakerunitsare

 nowinStereomodeandcanbeplayedtogether.

5. Whenconnectionissuccessfulthechannel(left/stereo/right)andtheEQof

both speakers may be adjusted independently. When the speakers Note:

 areinDualPairingMode,pressingtheMFBfor3seconds(Re-Pairing)will

 onlydisconnectthespeakerfromtheBluetoothmusicdevice,butwillnot

 affecttheconnectionbetweenthetwospeakerunits.

6. To leave Dual Pairing Mode, and play just one speaker: place the speakers

in “S” (stereo) position and turn off one of the units by pressing the MFB for

 10seconds(notebothspeakerswillturnoff.Youmayalsorestartthe

speakers or press “+” and “-” buttons at the same time (Reset).

Volume up down, track forward backward/ pause/play can work from

either speaker when in Dual Pairing Mode.

• 3.5mmAUXconnectiontothemasterspeaker(thespeakerwhichstarted

 pairingin“L”position)canalsoworkinDualPairingMode.Pluganaudio

cable (not included) to the master speaker and plug the cable into your

 audiodevice.NotethatwhileusinganaudiocabletheMFBfunctionsand

volume functions on the

BOOMBOTTLE+

willnotwork.Youmustplay

 pause,trackforward,trackbackwarddirectlyfromtheaudiodevice.

• DualPairingModeallowsthespeakerstoautopairtoeachotherandtothe

 lastphonetheywerepairedtowhentheunitshavebeenrestarted,aslong

as the speakers have not been repaired or taken out of Dual Pairing Mode.

MULTI-PAIRING

(pairing 2 music devices to 1 BOOMBOTTLE+ speaker)

Pairing to the first device is the same process listed under “Pairing (Individual

Speaker)” .

To pair to a second device: After you are paired to the first device press the

MFB for 3 seconds and select BOOMBOTTLE+ from the second device’s

Bluetooth menu. Make sure both devices are connected to the speaker.

To play music from device 1: Press play on device 1.

To play music from device 2: Press pause on device 1, and

press play on music device 2.

Note:Multi-pairingfeaturewillonlyworkwithonespeakerandwillnotwork

withDualPairing.

VOLUME CONTROL

When using the BOOMBOTTLE+ for the first time, the volume is set at level 9

(of16).Adjustbypressingthevolumeup/downbutton.Ifthevolumeisalready

atmaximum,therewillbe1beepwhenyoupressthevolumeupbutton.

PAIRING BOOMBOTTLE+ WITH A PC

Be sure BOOMBOTTLE+isinpairing(discoverable)mode.Followstepsin

pairing section (single or dual).

CHARGING BOOMBOTTLE+

When the battery reaches 10%, a warning prompt will sound, indicating

the boomBOTTLE + needs to be charged.

Please use the included charger and charging cable to charge the

BOOMBOTTLE+. Charging time for a completely drained battery is

approximately 3 hours.

1. Connect the micro-USB charging cable to the micro-USB port on the

BOOMBOTTLE+ .

2. Connect the USB connector to the USB port of the included charger.

Whilecharging,thecharginglevelLEDindicatorwillremainilluminatedRED.

4. Whenchargingiscomplete,thecharginglevelLEDindicatorwillturn

solid BLUE.

PAIRING BOOMBOTTLE+ WITH A MAC COMPUTER

Be sure BOOMBOTTLE+isinpairingmode.Followstepsinpairingsection

(single or dual).

1. Go to: Apple Menu (upper left corner).

2. Go to: System Preferences > Settings Icon > Add Device Bluetooth

 (“+”buttonatlowerleftofSettingswindow).

3.FollowthestepsintheSetupAssistanttosearchforBOOMBOTTLE+.

Select BOOMBOTTLE+ and press Continue.

4. Ifpromptedforapassword,pleaseenter“0000”

BOOMBOTTLE+willappearintheSettingswindowasaconnected

device.

USING THE BOOMBOTTLE+ AS A BACK UP BATTERy FOR

yOUR AUDIO DEVICE

If you need to do an emergency charge on your audio device: Make sure

theBOOMBOTTLE+ispoweredonandsimplyusetheUSBchargingcable

thatcamewithyouraudiodevicetoplugintothechargeoutputofthe

BOOMBOTTLE+.

• IfusinganiPhone6+withacompletelydeadbatterytheapproximate

music play time on the BOOMBOTTLE+ (considering the

 BOOMBOTTLE+hasacompletefullbattery)willbe1-2hrsbeforethe

BOOMBOTTLE+ internal battery is depleted.

•

If using the BOOMBOTTLE+ as an emergency charger and not playing

 music,simplyplugintheUSBchargingcablethatcamewithyourdevice

and turn on the BOOMBOTTLE+.

• Whennotplayingmusicandjustchargingyouraudiodevice(phone,

 MP3Playeretc),theBOOMBOTTLE+willshutoffafter1/2hr.Ifyou

 needtochargetheaudiodevicefurther,presstheMFBbuttontopower

on the unit again.

3.5mm AUXILIARy INPUT

TheBOOMBOTTLE+mayalsobeusedwithnon-Bluetooth devices

(personal CD or MP3 players). Simply connect the 3.5mm headphone jack

on your device to the 3.5mm input on the speaker using a 3.5mm audio

cable (not included).

FONCTIONNEMENT

Mise sous tension : Enfoncez et relâchez le bouton multifonction (avec signal sonore).

Mise hors tension : Appuyez sur le bouton multifonction et maintenez-le enfoncé

pendant dix secondes (avec signal sonore).

Lecture/Pause : Appuyez sur le bouton multifonction une fois.

Piste suivante : Appuyez sur le bouton multifonction deux fois.

Piste précédente : Appuyez sur le bouton multifonction trois fois.

Réglage du volume : Enfoncez le bouton « + » ou « - » pour hausser ou baisser le

volume. L’appareil émettra un signal sonore lorsque le volume maximal est atteint.

Réinitialisation : Enfoncez les boutons « Vol + » et « - » simultanément.

Fermeture automatique :

BOOMBOTTLE+ s’éteindra automatiquement après 30

minutes lorsqu’il n’y a aucune transmission audio sans fil ou connexion auxiliaire 3,5 mm.

Commutateur d’égalisateur : Sélectionnez les réglages d’égalisateur pour l’intérieur

ou l’extérieur.

Recouplage : Une fois l’appareil allumé, maintenez enfoncé le bouton multifonction

pendant trois secondes avant de le relâcher. BOOMBOTTLE+ interrompra la connexion

existante et effectuera le couplage avec un autre appareil.

COUPLAGE (haut-parleur individuel)

1. Mise sous tension/couplage : Appuyez sur le bouton multifonction une fois pour

allumer BOOMBOTTLE+. Vous entendrez un signal sonore. Appuyez sur le bouton

multifonction et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant trois secondes avant de le relâcher.

Le témoin lumineux (témoin à DEL bleu) clignotera en bleu et en rouge en Bluetooth

alternance et BOOMBOTTLE+ émettra un signal sonore.

2. Affichez le menu Bluetooth de votre appareil pour chercher BOOMBOTTLE+ et

établir la connexion.

3. Sélectionnez BOOMBOTTLE+.

4. Vous entendrez un signal sonore lorsque la connexion est réussie. Lors Remarque :

de la mise sous tension, BOOMBOTTLE+ se reconnecte automatiquement à

l’appareil du plus récent couplage. Vous entendrez un signal sonore lorsque la

connexion est réalisée. Si BOOMBOTTLE+ ne repère aucun appareil dans un délai

de 10 secondes, le mode de couplage est activé (signal sonore en continu).

L’appareil à coupler affichera le nom de couplage « BOOMBOTTLE+ ».

Mode de recherche – Le témoin lumineux (témoin à DEL bleu) clignote à Bluetooth

intervalles de deux (2) secondes.

Connexion – Le témoin lumineux (témoin à DEL bleu) clignote lentement Bluetooth

après la connexion.

Mode de couplage – Le témoin lumineux (témoin à DEL bleu) clignote en Bluetooth

bleu et en rouge en alternance lorsque ce mode est activé.

COUPLAGE DOUBLE (deux haut-parleurs) -

BOOMBOTTLE+ ore

le véritable fonctionnement stéréo lors de l’utilisation d’un deuxième haut-parleur

BOOMBOTTLE+ (vendu séparément).

1. Ouvrez le couvercle étanche et déplacez le commutateur L/S/R (gauche/stéréo/droit) à

la position « S » (stéréo) dans les deux haut-parleurs. Laissez ouvert le couvercle étanche

 jusqu’àcequeleprocessusdecouplagesoitterminé.

2. Allumez simultanément les deux haut-parleurs BOOMBOTTLE+ en

enfonçant brièvement le bouton multifonction de chacun des

haut-parleurs. Placez un haut-parleur dans la position « L » (canal

gauche) et l’autre haut-parleur dans la position « R » (canal droit).

Le couplage des deux haut-parleurs s’effectue automatiquement.

3. Prenez le haut-parleur gauche, puis maintenez enfoncé le bouton

multifonction pendant trois secondes avant de le relâcher. Vous entendrez

un signal sonore continu indiquant que le haut-parleur est en mode de couplage.

4. Sélectionnez « BOOMBOTTLE+ » à l’aide de votre lecteur de musique. Les deux

haut-parleurs sont maintenant en mode stéréo pour une utilisation simultanée.

5. Une fois la connexion réussie, il est possible de régler le canal (gauche/stéréo/droit) et

l’égalisateur « EQ » de chacun des haut parleurs. Lorsque les haut-parleurs Remarque :

sont en mode de couplage double, le fait d’appuyer sur le bouton multifonction pendant

trois secondes (recouplage) interrompra uniquement la connexion avec le lecteur de

musique Bluetooth, sans modifier la connexion établie entre les deux haut-parleurs.

6. Pour quitter le mode de couplage double et utiliser un seul haut-parleur : sélectionnez

la position « S » (stéréo) pour les deux haut-parleurs, puis éteignez un haut-parleur en

enfonçant le bouton multifonction pendant dix secondes (remarque : les deux haut

parleurs s’éteindront). Vous pouvez également rallumer les haut-parleurs ou appuyer sur

les boutons « + » et « - » simultanément (réinitialisation). En mode de couplage double,

les boutons pour hausser ou baisser le volume, piste suivante précédente et pause

lecture des deux haut-parleurs fonctionnent.

Remarques :

• Enmodedecouplagedouble,laconnexionauxiliairede3,5mmverslehaut-parleurprincipal

(celui qui est couplé à la position « L », soit le canal gauche) fonctionne également. Branchez un

câble audio (non compris) dans le haut-parleur principal et dans votre appareil audio. Lorsque

vous utilisez un câble audio, veuillez noter que les réglages du bouton multifonction et du

volume de BOOMBOTTLE+ ne fonctionnent pas. Vous devez utiliser les fonctions pause/lecture

et piste suivante/précédente directement à l’aide de votre appareil audio.
