3. Applying thermal grease:

3.1 Clean the processor IHS surface and the radi-

ator base with a dry cloth or Isopropyl Alcohol.

3.2 Spread a thin layer of thermal grease over

the processor IHS with a spatula add-

ed to the set. Alternatively, you can apply

a 3 × 3 mm drop of the grease in the middle
