Camera Maintenance

If the camera will not be used for a long time, please disconnect the USB;

Use so cloth to clean camera housing.

Please use the so dry cloth to clean the lens. If the camera is serious dirty,

clean it with diluted neutral detergent. Do not use any type of solvents, which

may damage the lens and affect the image effect;

Unqualified Application

 Do not shooting extreme bright objects, like sunlight, outdoor, lighting, etc.

 Do not operating in unstable lighting conditions, otherwise image will be

flickering.

 Do not operating close to powerful electromagnetic radiation, such as TV or

radio transmitters, etc.

Mounting

1. Place the webcam on the computer or on the

others screen device.

2. Adjust the webcam so that the mounting

bracket is flush with the back of the screen.

Mounting on The Monitor

1. Locate the 1/4" tripod mounting thread at

the bottom of the universal mounting clip.

2. Screw the tripod into the 1/4" mounting

thread and attach the webcam to the tripod.

3. Place the webcam and tripod in the appropriate position and adjust the bracket according to

the needs.

1. Plug one end of the provided cable into the USB port on the webcam.

2. Plug the other end of the provided cable into an available port on your computer.

• Plug-and-play support will let your computer instantly recognize the webcam.

• If your computer does not instantly recognize the webcam, try plugging into a different USB port or

restart the computer.

3. Open the app you want to use with the webcam.

• The LED light will light up blue when the webcam is in use by an app.

You may need to manually select this webcam and its built-in microphones for your PC system or

soware.

A) Windows

1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and turn on “Allow apps to access your camera”.

2. Turn on each of the listed apps where you want to use the camera. Aer you open the Camera app,

you may need to switch to the ROCWARE RC28 Camera.

B) macOS

1. Go to the Apple menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy, then choose Camera from the list

on the le side.

2. Locate the app(s) you want to enable camera access for and check the box alongside that app name

to enable camera access for that application.

C) Soware (Zoom or more)

Go to Settings > Video > Camera and choose this webcam.

Mounting on The Tripod

The tripod is not included.
