Rocstor introduces the DisplayPort1.4 2-in-1 Bi-directional Switcher tailored for 8K

resolution. This versatile device allows seamless switching between two sources to one

display or one source to two displays. Simply press the switch button to toggle

between channel 1 or channel 2. Equipped with a 50cm xed DP cable (pigtail), this

Switcher not only cuts costs but also streamlines setup time for customers. Designed

to handle high-denition video across various resolutions, including up to 8K, and

digital audio, this DP Switcher eciently routes content from sources to display units.

Power can be provided through the DP male connector, while a Type-C female port

serves as a backup power supply option, delivering 5V power when needed.

Before attempting to use this unit, please check the packaging and make sure the

following items are contained in the packaging:

• DisplayPort1.4 2-in-1 Bi-directional Switcher for 8K, it can switch either of two

sources to one display or switch one source to either of two displays

• Supports DP1.4 specication

• Power can be drawn through the DP male from the connected device. If some

o-specication devices cannot support power via DP male, power can be supplied

to the switch via the Type-C female port.

• Supports video resolution up to 8K/30Hz or 4K/120Hz, but the exact resolution is

determined by the computer and monitor.

• Supports HDR

• HDCP pass-through

• Supports uncompressed audio

• Supports compressed audio

• The toggle button can quickly switch between 2 video sources or 2 monitors, and the

blue LED indicators on both sides indicate which port is chosen to work.

• It’s suggested to match a DP1.4 cable within 2m for the DP female port, over this

length the signal may be aected
