ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Note: Turn the power off (unplug from the wall outlet) before

replacing the bulb, making sure the bulb has had sufcient

time to cool down. Do not subject the lamp to any shock

while lit as shattering of lamp may result.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider

than the other) as a feature to reduce risk of electric shock, this

plug will t in a polarized outlet only one way. If it does not t

fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t, con-

tact a qualied electrician. Never use with an extension cord

unless the plug can be fully inserted.

DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG.

















NOTE: Do not connect the electricity until lamp is fully

assembled.

Unpack and place all parts on a soft surface.

1. Place harp (C) into harp saddle (D) by squeezing both sides

of harp (C) inward.

2. Remove nial (A) from harp (C). Place shade (B) onto

threaded section of harp (C). Thread nial (A) onto threaded

section of harp (C) to secure shade (B).

3. Insert light bulb Type A, maximum 150 watts into the socket.

4. Remove protective plastic (H) from electrical prongs (G).

5. Plug lamp cord into wall outlet.

ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Loosen adjustment key found on the column.

2. Adjust height to desired position.

3. Tighten adjustable key to secure.
