INSTALLING WATER BOTTLE
1. Place dispenser on a level counter top.
2. Remove tamper evident seal from plasc bole cap. Do
NOT remove plasc cap.
3. Clean bole cap and neck with a cloth and warm soapy
water, then rinse.
4. Li bole and insert onto the probe. Apply slight pressure
unl the plug inside the cap pushes in and the bole is
seated. Water will begin to ow into the tank causing air
bubbles in the bole.
DISPENSING WATER
1. Place glass below spout.
2. Push control in to dispense water. Release to stop.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Water is leaking.
Bole may have a leak. Remove and install new bole.
If leak remains, remove bole and call 866- -7566 for 429
assistance.
No water is coming from the spout.
Make sure the bole is not empty. If empty, replace it.
Make sure to push the control in fully.
Water tastes bad.
Dispenser may be dirty. Remove bole and empty tank.
Wipe bole receptacle, tank and spout with a cloth weed
with bleach. Then rinse with clean water and dry.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Primo Water Corporaon, (“Vendor”) warrants to the original purchaser of
this dispenser, and to no other person, that if this dispenser is assembled
and operated in accordance with the printed instrucons accompanying it,
then for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, all parts in such
dispenser shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Vendor
may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase from an authorized
retailer or distributor. Therefore, you should retain your sales slip or invoice.
The Limited Warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of parts,
which prove defecve under normal use and service and which Vendor shall
determine in its reasonable discreon upon examinaon to be defective.
Before returning any parts, you should contact Vendor’s Customer Service
Department using the contact informaon listed below. If Vendor conrms,
aer examinaon, a defect covered by this Limited Warranty in any returned
part, and if Vendor approves claim, Vendor will replace such defecve part
without charge. If you return defecve parts, transportaon charges must be
prepaid by you. Vendor will return replacement parts to original purchaser,
freight or postage prepaid.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operang dicules
due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteraon, misapplicaon, improper
installaon or improper maintenance or service by you or any third party, or
failure to perform normal and roune maintenance on the dispenser, as set
out in the User’s Manual. In addion, the Limited Warranty does not cover
damages to the nish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration or rust after
purchase.
The Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranes. Vendor
disclaims all warranes for products that are purchased from seller other
than authorized retailers or distributors. AFTER THE PERIOD OF THE ONE (1)
YEAR EXPRESS WARRANTY, VENDOR DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER,
VENDOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO PURCHASER OR ANY
THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES. Vendor assumes no responsibility for any
defects caused by third pares. This Limited Warranty gives the purchaser
specic legal rights; a purchaser may have other rights depending upon
where p1-he or she lives. Some jurisdicons do not allow exclusion or limitaon
of special, incidental or consequenal damages, or limitations on how long a
warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitaons may not apply to you.

GETTING STARTED

2. Remove bole receptacle by turning counterclockwise and
then liing.
3. Wipe bole receptacle, stainless steel tank and spout with a
cloth weed with bleach. Then rinse with clean water and
dry.
