The K12 is designed specially for electrical ๎…‡oor hea๎†Ÿng. The ๎…‡oor
sensor is supplied standard with the system. Always switch o๎„ซ the
power before installa๎†Ÿon or removal. The connec๎†Ÿon should always
be carried out by a quali๎„ฎed electrician according to the local instruc-
๎†Ÿons. Please study these guidelines with cau๎†Ÿon before installa๎†Ÿon
and use. Save these instruc๎†Ÿons carefully for possible later use.

Check before installa๎†Ÿon the power is o๎„ซ. Remove the cover and
protec๎†Ÿon cap by carefully taking them o๎„ซ together.
Connect the sensor, power and power supply cables according to the
wiring diagram.
Place the thermostat in the right posi๎†Ÿon and fasten this with two
screws. Replace the cover and protec๎†Ÿon cap by pressing them so๎…Œly.
As soon as the power is turned back on 12.00 will appear ๎…‡ashing and
the thermostat can be used.
In case of a newly installed ๎…‡oor, allow at least three weeks drying out
periods.

carefully. In the screen the present room temperature and 12.00h will

1. Press the middle bu๎†ฉon twice
2. First con๎„ฎrm Day/Time with the middle bu๎†ฉon
3. Set the day on the top and con๎„ฎrm
4. Wait un๎†Ÿl hour ๎…‡ashes. Set the correct hour and con๎„ฎrm
5. Wait un๎†Ÿl minute ๎…‡ashes. Set the right minutes and con๎„ฎrm
Almost immediately automa๎†Ÿc will appear in the main screen.

The thermostat is now opera๎†Ÿve following to the standard program.
You can recognise this from the blinking of the two dots between the
hour and the minutes in the main screen. Please do not change this
program during the ๎„ฎrst week so the thermostat can store historical
data. When power is consumed the word HEATING will appear on the
screen. If not the thermostat is func๎†Ÿoning on stand-by.
In the menu the se๎†ซngs you will ๎„ฎnd underneath are pre-program-
med. These se๎†ซngs can be adjusted by going into the menu by pres-
sing SET, select the relevant topic, con๎„ฎrming this and then adjus๎†Ÿng
this with the le๎…Œ or right bu๎†ฉon. Do not forget to con๎„ฎrm all steps
with the middle bu๎†ฉon. A๎…Œer the last con๎„ฎrma๎†Ÿon the main screen
will appear again.
Incorrect se๎†ซngs can be reset in the same way.

Choose Auto/Man and press the right bu๎†ฉon for approx. 5 seconds.

Mo to Fri from 5.00h to 9.00h and from
17.00h to 23.00h. Sa / Sun from 9.00h to 23.00h.
๎ค๎„ž๎…ต๎†‰๎„ž๎†Œ๎„‚๎†š๎†ต๎†Œ๎„ž Adjust comfort temperature and con๎„ฎrm.
Night set back will show. Adjust as below.
The di๎„ซerence can be approx. 3ยฐC for main
hea๎†Ÿng and 5ยฐC max. for side hea๎†Ÿng. For
example: if you set a comfort temperature of 21ยฐC
for side hea๎†Ÿng, the set back temperature should
not be lower than 16ยฐC.
๎‹๎…ถ๎ฌ๎‹๎„ซ๎€ƒ Con๎„ฎrm and adjust standard se๎†ซng On to O๎„ซ or
vice versa.

or vice versa.

When desirable a childproof lock can be installed by pressing the mid-
dle bu๎†ฉon for approx. 8 seconds. A small lock will
appear in the top right of the screen. This lock can be turned o๎„ซ by
pressing the middle bu๎†ฉon for 8 seconds.

3 = Press SET - with the ๎…‡ashing number you can now adjust the dif-
feren๎†Ÿal.
4 = Press SET and the so๎…Œware number appears on the screen.
To return to the main screen press SET

De K12 is speciaal ontworpen voor elektrische vloer verwarming. De
vloersensor wordt standaard meegeleverd. Schakel voor montage of
demontage al๎†Ÿjd de stroom uit. Aanslui๎†Ÿng dient door een erkend
installateur te gebeuren overeenkoms๎†Ÿg de locale voorschri๎…Œen.
Bestudeer deze aanwijzingen aandach๎†Ÿg en voor montage of Inge-
bruikname. Bewaar dit voorschri๎…Œ zorgvuldig voor een eventueel later
gebruik.
๎€„๎€„๎…๎ด๎€ฏ๎€บ๎ฟ๎€ฏ๎…๎€ง๎€œ๎…๎€ƒ๎ณ๎‹๎‹๎š๎€ƒ๎€˜๎€œ๎€ƒ๎€ฏ๎…๎ž๎ค๎€„๎€พ๎€พ๎€„๎ค๎€œ๎จ๎š
Controleer voor montage of de stroom is afgesloten. Verwijder
afdekplaat en beschermkap door deze voorzich๎†Ÿg gezamenlijk te
verwijderen.
Sluit sensor, stroom en aansluitkabels aan in overeenstemming met
het aansluitschema.
Breng de thermostaat in posi๎†Ÿe en borg deze met 2 schroeven.
Herplaats afdekplaat en beschermkap door deze zachtjes aan te druk-
ken. Zodra de spanning in de meterkast wordt aangezet verschijnt
knipperend 12.00 en kan de thermostaat in gebruik worden geno-
men.
In geval het een nieuw aangebrachte vloer betre๎…Œ dient tenminste 3
weken te worden gewacht tot het meeste bouwvocht is verdampt.

Zet de stroom op na de montage aanwijzingen zorgvuldig gecontro-
leerd te hebben. In het beeldscherm verschijnt knipperend 12.00 uur
en de actuele ruimte temperatuur.

Door de rechterknop aan te ๎†Ÿppen verplaatst de posi๎†Ÿe aanduiding
voor de menufunc๎†Ÿes. Met de linker toets kan naar voorgaande func-
๎†Ÿes worden teruggekeerd.

Datum en ๎†Ÿjd instellen:
1. Druk 2 maal op de middelste toets.
2. Beves๎†Ÿg eerst Day / Time m.b.v. de middelste toets.
3. Bepaal Ma Di Wo Do Fr Za Zo op de bovenste regel en beves๎†Ÿg
4. Wacht tot uur knippert. Stel eerst het juiste uur in en beves๎†Ÿg
5. Wacht tot minuut knippert. Stel dan de minuten in en beves๎†Ÿg
Vrijwel onmiddellijk verschijnt het hoofdscherm.
De thermostaat is nu in func๎†Ÿe in overeenstemming met het stan-
daard programma. Dit is herkenbaar aan het knipperen van puntjes
tussen het uur en de minuten in het hoofdscherm.
Gelieve dit programma de eerste week niet te veranderen zodat de
thermostaat historische gegevens kan opslaan. Indien stroomafname
plaats vindt verschijnt het woordje hea๎†Ÿng. In het beeldscherm zoniet
func๎†Ÿoneert de thermostaat stand-by.
Binnen het keuze menu zijn de onderstaande standaard instellingen
voorgeprogrammeerd. Deze instellingen kunnen gewijzigd worden
door via SET in het keuze menu te komen, het betre๎„ซende onderwerp
te kiezen en te beves๎†Ÿgen en deze vervolgens te wijzigen met de lin-
ker of rechter toets. Vergeet niet elke stap te beves๎†Ÿgen met de mid-
delste toets. Na de laatste beves๎†Ÿging verschijnt het hoofdscherm.
Fou๎†Ÿeve instellingen kunnen op dezelfde manier worden hersteld.

Comfort en beves๎†Ÿg pas vervolgens de
automa๎†Ÿsche nachtverlaging aan. Verschil mag
ca. 3C zijn als hoofdverwarming en max. 5C als
bijverwarming.

Indien wenselijk kan een kinderslot worden ingebracht door de mid-
delste toets ca. 8 sec. ingedrukt te houden. Er verschijnt een klein
slotje rechts boven in beeldscherm. Dit slot kan buiten werking wor-
den gesteld door de middelste knop 8 sec. ingedrukt te houden.

contact op met de leverancier.

ingedrukt. Men betreed nu het servicemenu wat enkel en alleen voor
professionelen bestemd is.

past.
2 = Druk op SET- met het knippende cijfer kan de calibra๎†Ÿe worden
aangepast
3 = Druk op SET- met het knipperende cijfer kan het di๎„ซeren๎†Ÿaal
worden aangepast
